Love Kyle's take on the #5 Bills and Stefon Diggs. Could you imagine going another full year, training camp through playoffs, answering awkward questions about Stefon Diggs' after every single game and practice? Beane did the right thing.

I was pretty spot on agreeing with Kyle...including with my. Chargers!! I also have them winning 11 games.
How? Well, first, I am an unabashed homer. They went from top five hardest schedules in 2023 to top five easiest. They lost SEVEN games by one score or less (FIVE were by 3 points or less). Harbaugh will not let that happen. Much improved O-line. Much improved D-line, and much more simple defense that caters to the secondary looking at the QB and reacting more. MUCH improved TE room. First time they have had a blocking TE since 2019. WR will be elevated by catching from Justin. Ben Herbert will keep these guys more healthy, yet more violent. This team will run behind 6-7 linemen/TEs which will open up Justin for play action. And those are just the obvious items. Then you have an exceptional HC and staff and an exceptional QB. I am psyched to see what happens!!!!!!!

What I like about Kyle Brandt, is he was one of first ones on a major sports show to get everyone to stop thinking about "the same old Lions" and that you don't judge that team based off the ancient history. Everyone else was like, "Last time Lions won a playoff, George Bush Sr was president, gallon of gas was just over $1..." and Kyle would say, "I don't care about any of that, none of that matters..." I'm paraphrasing, but his point was, you judge a team based of how they are NOW. So he saw how good the Lions was before allot of his counterparts did and didn't let "history" cloud his judgement. Props to Kyle for that.
This is making me miss GMFB even more.

How do you put the Ravens below 2 teams they blew out last year? And made it a rough choice to choose them over the Texans?
As a lions fan, i put ravens over lions but i can understand some logic to it. Chiefs beat ravens. Lions beat chiefs. Chiefs beat 49ers. Ravens best lions. Ravens best 49ers. 49ers beat lions. Its all close. But ass whoopins get recognition imo.

I get that the Ravens lost a couple of role players and DC but they literally beat the hell out of SF and Detroit last year. Even with Lamar’s struggles in the playoffs I don’t understand how people are so dismissive of them.

Bengals are winning a SB this year and Mins is asking if 8 is too high. Bengals should be no lower than 3 or 4.

Purdy's QBR was tops in the league last year at 72.8. Watson was a 42.9 and not even in the top 20. He's down there with the likes of Howell and O'Connell.

Miami is 9-7 in December with Tua and in January (under Flores and McDaniel both HC's) is where the Dolphins have had their problems at and that's because of their INJURIES the last 2 seasons with McDaniel !!!

Miami Dolphins added to their team this season where they needed to. The Dolphins beat the Cheifs in regular season had Tyreek not fumbled the football and the Cheifs run it in for a touchdown and if Tyreek catches a wide open beautiful pass from Tua to Tyreek the Dolphins could've scored then as well however that never happened either. The Dolphins getting OBJ, Jonnu Smith, and Wright ( in the Draft) not to mention players on the Defensive side of the football all matters( offensive side the Dolphins got better). Those type players the Dolphins were missing last season.

Anoer nice show! I would take Philly over Dallas. Here is my Dallas take. Jerry was so made after that playoff fiasco he decided no one has earned a new contract. I think he fully intends to blow this team up and start Trey Lance with a different Head coach next year if it does not work. The problem is he has telegraphed this, and as a result, there is a lot of dysfunction in that locker room I think this year. Head coach is already complaining through sources. No one is signed. Worried about the run game although I did like Deuce Vaughn as a sleeper out of college. Offense line is worse. Not sure other than Lamb who you you have to worry about, which I mean he gets double teamed all day. Philly seems to have fixed a lot of issues. Worst secondary in the league, they double dipped with two early corners in the draft. Too much reliance on running Hurts, which caused him to be banged up at the end of the year the last two years. So they sign Saquon. I think the locker room is actually functional and positive (more important than you think in the NFL). Just my two cents. Of course Chiefs at #1, Mahomes has a chip on his shoulder. So does Big Red. That offense was embarassing last year. They will be hungry.

The Chiefs before Mahomes were the Walmart Tennessee Titans, They were like a Fire Hydrant just there with zero expectations of going anywhere much less winning a Super Bowl, that's not the case with the Dallas Cowboys who have a stacked team on both sides. When Mahomes took over the Chiefs in 2018 their overall defense was Ranked 31st yet he took them to a Conference game and was an offside penalty by Dee Ford's hands which nullified a Tom Brady game-ending Interception also compounded with the Chiefs losing the Overtime Coin toss.
