To "clarify..." (hehehe) my reference to "mash" with potato referred to Vodka, which is exceptional when made from Potato (Luksosova, Monopolowa, etc.). Didn't intend to ruffle any feathers (although I've heard that peacock feathers make great martini stirrers)... Peace!
No ... you see ... this band is called 'destiny potato', the joke there being that potato is a quirky and random noun that has no place in a metal band name. Potatoes are often served boiled, baked, roasted and/or mashed. You see, I was adding to the joke my saying 'Mash pit', the joke is that Mash and mosh (like a mosh pit, common at a metal concert), are aurally similar creating humor from the PUN. Just clearing that up.
I know I'm going to get slammed for this but, been trying to explore djent bands, was hoping for something really good from these guys cause they're different from the usual low end fuckery hashes that are tossed around the scene, but I just can't get into them. I liked the Blue Sun instrumental and that's about it. That's just my opinion, I'm not hating, it's just not clicking for me.
