I wonder how the Lord sees us removing ourselves from people who cause us emotional, spiritual and psychological harm. I fear my own judgment for this reason. I want to be perfect in charity, but fear that removing myself from antagonistic and malicious people will come back to haunt me. 😢
Just keep praying for them and their conversation but sometimes it is better to be away from them for by their presence they may present as on occasion of sin by their words or actions that cause you to be harmed emotionally, psychologically or spiritually.
That is why a deep and consistent prayer life is needed, so you can discern the will of God for any particular situation. It may be prudent to remove yourself from harmful people but only if that allows you to do more good for others, and not simply for your own comfort.

Actually I'll take it one step further. Life on Earth IS Purgatory indeed for the Holy souls in Heaven. It is a fallacy that saints do not have to go through Purgatory. Whoever thinks that way doesn't understand neither Purgatory or Redemptive Suffering Of course souls in Heaven don't have to go to the after life Purgatory but if we understand Purgatory is indeed a place of redemptive Suffering then ALL of us are called to live Purgatory here on earth, no exceptions. In fact, I would say the "traditional" Purgatory after life is nothing but a continuation of the redemptive suffering we start here on earth. That also debunks protestant's misconception that we Catholics believe Purgatory is a "second chance". It ain't... it's a continuation of the same "chance". Basically souls in Purgatory left with their work Incomplete. That's also why Indulgences are extremely useful. I view them as the "cheat sheets" of the soul. 😅
I love the explanation of St Francis of Rome. I know I do not feel my sins and purgatory will can help where you dont have consciousness about them. And this with family!!! You nailed it. We should always pray for our deceased loved ones during our lifetime to ensure their release from purgatory. If they are already in Heaven those prayers will not be wasted but may be given to others in need.

This for sure gives me a fresh perspective on purgatory. For me however I’m a full time caregiver to my mom with dementia, I’m very isolated with her even though we have a big family and I’ve tried to engage them but they stay away from us with the exception of moms little sister and my other aunt with dementia she cares for. I feel that my family isolation and friends who have disappeared because my life has changed is a suffering, I’m trying to be patient about it and want to use it or rather have God use it for purgatory. Is that ok to do?
As Catholics, we must believe in purgatory as part of divine revelation . This is found both in the Scriptures and the sacred Tradition of the Church. However, private revelations, even by saints are not infallible dogmatic statements. As such, they are subject to misinterpretations and even error on the part of the saint. The presence of demons in Purgatory has never been taught by the magisterium of the Church, neither has the type of purgation. As private revelation it should be viewed with caution and prudence and not as defined dogmatic truths of the Catholic Faith.
Ultimate love is ultimate vulnerability. God incarnate is born and raised under incredibly vulnerable circumstances. His agony in the garden shows us His complete grasp of the coming passion and the human toll to endure. Every bit of Him is made vulnerable to incalculable cruelties in order to expose and transform evil, and to visibly triumph over the powers of darkness on earth and below. If it is our will to follow Him, then fear (the opposite of love and vulnerability) must be pushed away again and again.

I am already starting my purgatory. I suffer from generational sexual sin disorders. This goes back to my great grandfather, grandfather, mother, son, etc. it is a terrible sin that causes mental illness and distortion. I have already seen the effects right here on earth. Sin is not a laughing matter. This world is far too lenient about sin. Everything and I mean everything must be purified and atoned for. I could go on and on… but I will just end with seek to live a holy life.

Heaven is Holy and Perfect, because Our Blessed Lord is Holy; there is no sickness in heaven nor disease, or hunger, etc etc. All the Saints and Angels there are holy and perfect as Jesus is perfect; since we are to mirror Our Precious Lord. Which is another reason why, at our personal judgement if we haven't settled up with Our Lord before hand we need to be purged in purgatory. Thank you for all of the info. you share with us Alvaro. You are a Blessing Our Father continue to Bless you and your Family through the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Jesus Precious Name🙏🙏🙏
It is INCREDIBLY absurd that I will be an electronic technician in heaven....like you said, even saints error! This is sn ERROR. WE WILL BE WHO GOD made us to be...period.
No, actually - you will be who YOU have chosen to be, with God’s grace - God doesn’t undo all that you’ve chosen to be - and if you think what you do is absurd and would be ashamed to be that in Heaven - why are you doing that on Earth? I think that’s a question that begs reflection - I mean this both to challenge you and in all charity
The things we do for a living or our status here on earth (married, religious, etc) stays behind. I agree. That's false teaching and it's NOT what the Catholic Church teaches.
Glad I recently left Dm chaplet vortex Back to daily rosary 🙏 Faustina also called Jesus “Mother” directly a few times I do not think private revelations are automatically infallible
I wonder why there would be demons in Purgatory. I’m not saying they aren’t. But once you’re purified you will go to Heaven. So it seems like a lost cause for them. All cause for them is lost. But it looks like they would move to snatch more souls that they actually can.
I have read other revelations of Purgatory that have stated that there are different levels there. I remember that the lowest level(s) are much like Hell. However, the souls there know that they will not be there forever. I believe that demons are only in these lowest levels. If we remain and die in a state of grace we have nothing to worry about because when our time comes to depart from this world, we will not be sent there.
If i can obtain my sweet Jesus's unfathomable mercy and make it to heaven as i hope to one day, i only just want to be in Jesus's company but i know that could not be possible because he will spend time with all his souls.. how shall life be in heaven i truly wonder
@@UniquelyMary Yeah it doesnt make sense demons are in the cleansing fire of our Lord Christ - those who are in a state just before Heaven. Seems against Church Tradition and the Bible. Just because a Saint has said something, no saint got everything correct. We must discern everything with the Church, Tradition and the Bible.
You said that "we need to know". No we don't. If we truly needed to know then the Church would make it dogmatic. Until then, it is an interesting thing to prayerfully think about if it helps us become holy.

@uniquelymary Alvaro a little while ago, I watched one of your videos, and you referenced a book that was translated from another language, and which talked about both purgatory and hell. Are you able to help me with that ?Thank you and God bless you for all of these videos. May the souls pray for you and your family and all of your followers. 🙏
I don't get the part about "who do you want to be in Heaven". I very much doubt there are real estate agents up there. Or lawyers. Carpenters I can understand, of course. But there is probably a bigger question here about God unlocking our potential. I believe it was Fr. Alar who said that in Heaven there will be one thing that we're the best at doing, better than everyone else. I don't know how correct this understanding of Heaven is, it's all too mysterious and imponderable to me, but I've been meditating on this and it at least makes some sense to me, because our earthly lives in all probability hasn't walked us through the path of full self-actualization. But maybe I'm misunderstanding what St. Faustina is teaching us.
When you meet people and help them you are helping Christ look to see Christ in every one. When you can’t see Christ ask Jesus to open there hearts to the Holy Spirit of God to touch them and allow Jesus in so he can radiate from them.
See protestants do not understand. Gods mercy our belief and his loving blood threw his Sacred Heart save us but because he demands or his Father demands jusrice , Purgation is actually a mercy, a blessing. When u make it to Heaven, u will b ever in joy period! This makes perfect sense not the error of the prot doctrine of once saved always saved! Do not put words into Jesus's mouth or actually think that u know how he shall judge you!! True justice is mercy from his merciful love...
This honestly isn't making sense to me. I thought life was a learning experience. If we somehow sensed we could've helped someone in a situation by saying certain things, but lacked the faith or courage, I don't see why we're punished for this. It doesn't make sense to be punished for something that you were not even aware you were capable of doing, this seems totally out of whack. Most of the time it is only later (sometimes years later) that I realize I could've done this or that differently after seeing someone else doing it. I'm not getting the point here.
Agreed. #1) Purgatory is suffering that could be avoided while on earth by embracing our suffering and inconveniences. #2) Perhaps there are some demons in Purgatory although I tend to believe that is the case indeed. Disagree. #1) Souls in Heaven have the same personality and relationships as they were on earth when they died. Wrong. That contradicts the Gospels and Teachings of the Church. Our Blessed Lord clearly indicated that in Heaven even married couples while on earth will be related to each other in a different way, like angels, not as married couples. You're further wrong in saying that we need to relate with as many different personalities as possible because that's what we're going to encounter in Heaven. Not so. That almost implies that there are inconveniences in Heaven that we need to “tolerate”. That's here on earth and in Purgatory but NOT in Heaven! There're ZERO suffering or inconveniences in Heaven. Yes it is true that when we die we need to have at least some basic characteristics that we take to Heaven or Purgatory such as dying in grace and some basic friendship with the Lord. But even the most hollies souls on earth (with the exception of our Blessed Lady of course) need to change or become fully purified before entrance into Heaven and by necessity that requires metanoia, or a 180° change in certain behaviors just before we transcend this time/space dimension so there's ALWAYS a change in personality that is required before we go to Heaven or even Purgatory. In fact, that's precisely what happens in Purgatory. Souls there are purified or transformed before entering Heaven. That entails a change in personality as well sir. Furthermore remember, after death ALL souls, even those in hell, will no longer have their flesh and therefore they will see things differently on that fact alone. Of course your basic internal disposition remains intact. More specifically, if your heart harbors darkness and rebellion you will remain that way. But if you have at least a fraction of goodness and are in grace, that will also remain with you first in Purgatory if you end up there and then in Heaven. But even that keeps growing in Heaven…it doesn't stay the same. #2) You said that the suffering at the “bottom” of Purgatory is the same with the same demons as in Hell. Wrong. Demons in Purgatory (if there are any) cannot torture anyone as if that was Hell. In fact I seriously doubt they are even remotely allowed to touch souls in Purgatory. Their only “mission” there if you will is to harass souls as part of the process of purification. Of course they know they can't take a single soul away from Purgatory BUT they hate humans so profoundly that even though they hate being used to purify souls in Purgatory, they “enjoy” doing it. Yes, that's still torment, but not even close to the torments of Hell which are Forever and of infinite magnitude and where demons of course are allowed to touch and assault the souls of the damned with no or little restrictions. Not so in Purgatory sir. The main source of suffering in Purgatory are the souls themselves with their yet to be cleansed imperfections, not demons!

I have learned to "suffer" well to offer up what I can for the sake of others and to always look to our Lord and our lady with love faith and patience. Practial things you could do is read the unabriged mystical city of God by blessed Mary of Agreda or the 7 sorrows chaplet (once daily). One of the 7 promises asociated with the 7 sorrows chaplet is “They will be enlightened about the divine Mysteries.”

You're a godsend. I've read both thoseparts of the diary of Faustina & the manuscript; but it's only after you explained that I realised that there are demons in purgatory. Purgatory= Hell- Eternity
That is such a perfect analogy. Hell minus the eternity.
The greatest pain the souls in Purgatory feel, is the pain of being temporally separated from GOD, as they undergo final purification.
Please pray for this horrible UTI to leave my body. It's been over a month with lots of medical attention very uncomfortable. Thank you in advance

This is gold. Thank you so much for all of your videos. I’ve learned so much and this info is life changing. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
By the way Alvaro, your talks tend to get straight to the point. I admire your style, there are no wasted words and I'm left with a compelling sense to promptly act on your message.
Thank you so much!!! That’s exactly what I want to do - I want to value people’s time and help them as soon as possible
Wow this was absolutely amazing. Thank you

WOW! you have entered into another level of holiness in this video. You have touched on the "nasties" Jesus wants us to know and understand. I had a real encounter with purgatory. It makes me pray for the souls daily.
The measure we give to God and those in need on this earth is the measure we will get from God.
Be who you want to be in purgatory and in heaven.
Thank you.
You are most welcome!
Thank you Alvaro for this teaching.
Thank you.
Thank u Alvaro. This is sooo important and one of my many faults (talking to much). I will try now to pray instead of speaking 🙏❤️
Pray to do our purgatory on earth rather than hereafter. We can do this by endeavouring to live as perfect a life as possible here on earth.
God Bless You. This is valuable, your dedication to the Holy Souls is encouraging
Do you think we serve “purgatory” time here on earth? I pray for Gods will in my life every day!
Actually I'll take it one step further. Life on Earth IS Purgatory indeed for the Holy souls in Heaven. It is a fallacy that saints do not have to go through Purgatory. Whoever thinks that way doesn't understand neither Purgatory or Redemptive Suffering
Of course souls in Heaven don't have to go to the after life Purgatory but if we understand Purgatory is indeed a place of redemptive Suffering then ALL of us are called to live Purgatory here on earth, no exceptions.
I thought how I will not go on summer vacation with my huge family because it is like being in a war zone. I listened carefully to you and taking it into consideration. God bless you, love your videos❤
God is in control. 🙏🏻 Thank you for this video.
Thank you and God bless you🙏
We should always pray for our deceased loved ones during our lifetime to ensure their release from purgatory. If they are already in Heaven those prayers will not be wasted but may be given to others in need.
Wonderful message from God's messenger.

I feel like I have been in the worst spiritual darkness I have ever felt this year. I feel as if it is not just me but the world. Faith is waning.
Great point about the variety of people’s
I think Saint Faustina received a lot more graces in knowing what’s going on in purgatory, especially after she saved so many souls.
This is very enlightening to me. Thanks.
I love this channel. I think in heaven there is no more pain… in purgatory there is pain…
I retired as i have parkinsons. I sing in the parkinsons choir and my parish...i love miniature art. I pray to be well to make more of it.❤
Ultimate love is ultimate vulnerability.
Dear Lord Jesus Christ I accept you as my Lord & savior. I give up all my will to you Lord Jesus.

Mechtild of Madgeburg describes purgatory for bad priests and it involves demons. Flowing Godhead

I keep hearing this statement that Saint Thomas Aquinas did not believe in the Immaculate Conception but I cannot find it anywhere in his writings. So please give me a source for that.
Here it is: (BTW, this does not detract from him, He was a genius, but rather shows that Saints can have varying opinions) ucatholic.com/blog/thomas-aquinas-believed-in-the-immaculate-conception-right/
@@UniquelyMary it's a bit complicated what his formulation was.
What about people who are autistic and have learning disabilities, and limited skills? I'll be doing those jobs in Heaven? I don't believe that.
The difference that you aren’t able to see is that those people are grateful and not afraid of being who they are
Heaven is Holy and Perfect, because Our Blessed Lord is Holy; there is no sickness in heaven nor disease, or hunger, etc etc.
You are a Blessing

Glad I recently left Dm chaplet vortex
Back to daily rosary 🙏
Faustina also called Jesus “Mother” directly a few times
I do not think private revelations are automatically infallible
😢God forgive me for not knowing better 🙏🏻
I wonder why there would be demons in Purgatory. I’m not saying they aren’t. But once you’re purified you will go to Heaven. So it seems like a lost cause for them. All cause for them is lost. But it looks like they would move to snatch more souls that they actually can.
Those who aim for purgatory will land in hell
Those who aim for heaven will land in purgatory
Those who aim for God will go straight to heaven
?????
So how can I explain this to my protestant Dad I mean he will ask me where you got your information on this??
Demons in purgatory. This makes no sense. I do understand the explanation. I’ve never heard this anywhere else.
I hear what you’re saying - but tell that to St Faustina…she would disagree
@@UniquelyMary Yeah it doesnt make sense demons are in the cleansing fire of our Lord Christ - those who are in a state just before Heaven. Seems against Church Tradition and the Bible. Just because a Saint has said something, no saint got everything correct. We must discern everything with the Church, Tradition and the Bible.
@@Alfieruben-j1l she’s not the only one who says this -
So does St Frances of Rome who is a well vetted Saint
Maybe those demons are only at the very bottom, or worst parts of purgatory?
@@Alfieruben-j1l there is no official teaching on this subject, to my knowledge, so you're free to believe whatever you want about it.
You said that "we need to know". No we don't. If we truly needed to know then the Church would make it dogmatic. Until then, it is an interesting thing to prayerfully think about if it helps us become holy.
6:56 WHY wld there be demons in Purgatory IF NOT ... to allow even them, a second chance... 😮 Oh gosh. Don't get me wrong, i am not complaining... It would mean some of the Fallen miiight be ... 😮...😅 ... saved?!?
Can somebody clarify this: Are there actually demons in purgatory? Seems unlikely.
@uniquelymary Alvaro a little while ago, I watched one of your videos, and you referenced a book that was translated from another language, and which talked about both purgatory and hell. I believe the author was male. But I could be mistaken. I am wracking my brain to remember the title of the book and I simply cannot. Are you able to help me with that ?Thank you and God bless you for all of these videos. May the souls pray for you and your family and all of your followers. 🙏
Maybe Maria Simma? Eugenie von der Leyen? There are even very much more saints, who talked about Purgatory
Like the rich man and Lazarus…
Rich man and Lazarus.... there was a barrier where they can't cross.

Correct. You can’t leave hell…
How in the hell (pun intended) can a priest not believe in Purgatory?
You answered your question. 😈
I don’t think there are demons in purgatory
This honestly isn't making sense to me. I thought life was a learning experience. If we somehow sensed we could've helped someone in a situation by saying certain things, but lacked the faith or courage, I don't see why we're punished for this. It doesn't make sense to be punished for something that you were not even aware you were capable of doing, this seems totally out of whack. Most of the time it is only later (sometimes years later) that I realize I could've done this or that differently after seeing someone else doing it. I'm not getting the point here.
There is no pain in heaven.
Ugh Mormon advertisements on the channel is just gross
Do you believe in limbo?
Did Jesus teach purgatory? I think not. I may have overlooked.
How are we to believe in it ???
