We have a distillery in Australia called "Castle Glen" in Queensland. They were one of the first companies to do vegan creme liquers they have a whole bunch of chocolate ones and even fruity ones. I highly rate them for drinking and baking

Hint for anyone who wants to make homemade Irish cream but doesn't want it to taste too strongly of whiskey, use Canadian whiskey! I've been making it for years with Canadian Club and it's a lot mildet and tastes more like actual Bailey's

That martini is up. Up means chilled but not served with ice. Straight means the same as neat: straight out of the bottle into the glass. On the rocks means on ice.

In my country, we have four shot measurements: bigger shot category (4 cl or 5 cl) and smaller shot category (2 cl and 3 cl). 1 cl = 100 ml so 5 cl = 500 ml that is half of 1 dl. 2 dl is roughly a cup. We measure out vines in dl. These drinks vary in size, mainly when you want fröccs/spritzer. Shots are sadly not universal. If you want to be comfortable in the world of drinks in the EU, its easier when you understand cl, ml, dl. 10 dl = 1 L. :)
hey, just a small error there, 1 cl equals 10 ml! (5 cl equaling 500 ml aka 1/2 litre would be quite a big shot indeed :D)
