wanted to include a quick note here in the description since i filmed this video 2 weeks ago on february 26th (before and without mention of the situation the world is now in). and i debated for some time whether or not to even post this content in an attempt to not be insensitive to people going through really intense life changes with the current pandemic going on. i was in a really cheery mood when filming this (again filmed 2 weeks prior) and i would hate for people to read that as careless and inappropriate considering the time it gets posted. i really hope all of you, your friends and loved ones are all doing everything in your power to remain as safe and conscious as possible during these wild times. and considering the circumstances, moving forward my videos might be a little different for right now. i may post less than normal, and also might make some vlogs or non-cooking content. as far as cooking videos go, i'm thinking of putting together recipes with ingredients that most people have already at home since i won't be leaving my house anytime soon. sending y'all so much love as i know many of you are dealing with all kinds of different challenges and life circumstances brought on by this virus. also in addition to my videos here on youtube, i will be live on twitch more than usual so you can find me there 🙃👉 bit.ly/3aOVBZq

Hi, person form Italy here. No need to delete anything. The situation here is bad, we can’t get out of our homes (except for work and health issues and of course groceries) and being home all day gets boring real fast (and I’m a nerd who is used to not going out so if I say it’s boring IT IS) and videos not talking about the situation are very very refreshing and calming. News don’t talk about anything other than coronavirus so please, keep making videos because they are distracting and it’s a blessing.

In philly we also celebrate St Patrick’s day with Irish potatoes. It’s a dessert made from sugar, cream cheese, coconut flakes, and then rolled in cinnamon to look like potatoes.

Tip for gravy if you like tomatoes or bell peppers they add extra flavour and become quite small when cooked in gravy if you’re squeamish (or strain them out). :) onions n a bit of seasoning work just fine tho!!

My sister used to be allergic too, and she eventually grew out of it at around 18ish. But we could have sweet potatoes (she grew out of that allergy at an early age), and now I can say I prefer things with sweet potatoes to things with potatoes.

Totally agreed. I work for a private contractor who works in schools. I won't get much of a paycheck for the next two weeks, i have bills to pay, but i appreciate the positive videos. I started watching this at three in the afternoon as I sit in my dorm eating my first meal of the day which is frosted flakes out of a cup and not only do I fucken love potatoes in general but also onions ❤️❤️ this makes me wanna go see if I can get everything (except I can’t get wine rip me for another year) to make this for dinner because it sounds like the best comfort food ever, an English version of our southern hash which usually features fried onions potatoes and sausage or something like it. The onion gravy sounds like the only type of gravy I will ever want to make.

ShippingAvaLance we just get bags called “shake mix” and one goes in the ice cream half and the other in the shake half of the machine. We like to slap em around for good luck (in hope that the machine won’t go into heat mode). Good times mate

Also making milkshakes is better with vanilla ice cream because then you also get the vanilla flavor

I’m grateful to have this type of content still. I’ve been having a lot of anxiety the last week as I was diagnosed with the flu and being home from work and reading and seeing so many scary things on the news. My mental health isn’t great. @@vivienneallen5650 think it may be different things. Toad in the hole is Yorkshire puddings and sausages and mash. Egg in a basket is a fried egg in the divet of a piece of bread. If I remember correctly.
