I created a prototype of a modern Star Wars fighting game - In this guide I'll go into how to unlock hidden characters in the game starting with the secret apprentice - Galen Marek, otherwise known as Starkiller!
Fan made game with Luke, Vader, Rey, Kylo, Ahsoka, Seventh Sister, Obi-Wan, Darth Maul, Anakin, Count Dooku, Satele Shan, Darth Malgus, Yoda, General Grievous, Leia Organa, Mara Jade, Kyle Katarn, Galen Marek, The Mandalorian and Moff Gideon.

@@Lastjawa in the SF series there are three same characters with the same abilities and combos (Ryu, Devil Ryu, Ken) and in the Tekken 6 there is Jin and Devil Jin at the same time. So I think this is fine if we have two different versions of Palpatine
I love the game! I really want to unlock to special characters, but Palpatine feels so op on just normal. I watched the tutorial, but haven’t been able to beat him yet.

Don’t do anything till last 6 seconds then hit j before timer not doing anything he’ll sit

I don´t know how to else contact you, cause i have some questions about this Game.
First off, great work. I really like Star Wars in general, and beyond that Episode 3 Video Game and "Masters of Teras Kasi" no Fighting Game in that Universe exists to my knowledge.
So this is a Dream comes true.
So if you don´t mind, here some feedback:
1. The Mandalorian needs his Character without Baby Yoda. It just looks stupid when you hit Mando and the Baby follows him like a Magnet. Same with the "Seventh Sister" and her "Minions". Maybe only show these and Baby Yoda if they using an Attack they are involved in.
2. Please disable this Chromatic aberration
effect. It was never a good Effect to begin with in any Game. Glad that you haven´t added Motion Blur. It´s even more discussing.
3. Please add a FOV Slider. Sometimes the Camera seems to close, that´s where a higher FOV would help. At least adding a Slider so everyone can adjust it to his/her liking.
4. Training Mode doesn´t let us allow to play against the CPU, only against a second Player?
5. Probably already said, but Palpatine is too powerful. I understand he´s the Final Boss, and i have not a Problem that he does much damage to me, it´s a problem that he takes so few damage.
6. The Menu. You can´t really see where you´re button is at, cause it clashes with the white color.
7. The Game seems too hard even on lowest difficulty. I know, "git gud". But it´s still too hard sometimes.
8. Maybe some Finisher Moves?
9. What about more interactivity in the Arenas? It´s so cool that you was able to get these Star Wars Arenas that looks just like their Movie Counterpart. But it seems so limited in what could we see. I don´t know how to explain it, but maybe while a Fight goes on that it can happens that the Characters changes the place in the Arena? Or maybe just adding different Places in an Arena so it doesn´t always the same?

It is way too hard I would have to say.
Everything he says is true trying to beat Palpatine is very hard I put a blister on my thumb and not even realizing it. I had this blister for about a month LOL on the very tip lol point is the game is way too hard but it's very fun at the same time. Is there going to be anything in the works of any announcements on an update of the game. Please let us know I am one of your Patriots

when i went to unlock the starkiller i defeated the palparine just using low kick. he really is quite a challenger
you already thought about making a version of him with lightsaber but with the name darth sidious (to differentiate from his boss version)
Just low kick? wow, I have to try that. Interesting idea.
Can you tell me at which levels and with which characters to unlock new characters?
The way I beat palpatine was use the light light heavy light punch combo and finish it with the full meter special. That will knock him over, then you want to time a grab to get him as soon as he stands up. After the grab immediately start from the beginning and it is hard for him to get out of it. Just repeat until he is done.

Hello. Is there any possibility there are rebels characters in this game? I know this isn't really liked part of franchise, but the 8+ parts are the same liked. So I think this is fine if we can play as Ezra, Kanan Jarrus or as Inquisitor. And what about the Clone Wars characters such as Barris Offee or Pre Vizsla? Wanna ask about skins too. Starkiller has three versions, for example. Main campaign and from dlc's. You choose the version of the dlc against luke, but it isn't the most popular. Soulcalibur IV has Starkiller as quest on his first view. I know this is a lot of not that important work so I just asking.
Anything is possible, it just takes time - I'm just one guy working on it.

I think in Palpatines throne room. You should have a sub boss of vader while the employer is sitting on his throne. And stage enter actions has the employer use force lighting on the opponent. Then when vader is beat. The employer gets up to fight. Round 1 has the employer with a saber and then he looses it in the battle to fight in round 2 without one and a more aggressive force push and lightning.

I think it could be a cool cinematic feel to it. For the prequel towers. It can be dooku for the sub boss.

No she is the first character you use then you use the next char to unlock the next and so on...
how do you enable damadged marks when damaging people
That is not a feature of Force Combat right now - but it would be cool
So, could an update make it doable on easy. Some of us just aren’t good at these types of games.
probably not as that would be a disservice to the folks who worked really hard to unlock everything

Palps can be difficult, the best strategy is to pin him in the corner and use uppercuts.

I love this game kept me up past 2am playing it trying to get better...im sad though if you ad characters to unlockon impossible i got no chance XD i also love how you went with the trope that fighting game bosses cheat....or i just suck XD

I love your game game but I would have to stay it seems to be hard even on your normal set very difficult to play. I don't know if anyone else has ever complained about it but it's not fun to play even on normal mode it's very hard LOL sorry about that maybe you can change the settings on your next installment I want to enjoy the game that I play and I love your game

Just unzip the files to any folder and run the Force Combat exe.

You need at least 8gb of ram and a 1050ti graphics card or higher to run it

Fun game however I'm not going to be able to unlock everything. Don't know why I want to play I game I can't beat.
I hear you - some people say the game is too hard, some people unlock everything in one day - always working on balance though.

I suck at this game,not gonna lie,so plz add cheat codes but they only apply to single player, e.g, unlock all characters
ur games so sick but bad how can i hit someone over 100x with a lightsaber and them still have nearly full health but take all my health ina 3 hit combo and nearly every attack & special attack i do jus swings the blade thru my opponent yet they can attack me whls not even lookin at me...died to the same aids tht much tht my game crashed before i could even do a tower, however to say u did all this yourself ur a genius but could do wiv a lil help

Palps is tough, but he can be beaten if you press him, it's a lot harder if you try to zone. Pin him in the corner and he is usually toast.
