I just wanted to let you know that I'd spent my entire morning so far stressing about how my life has been different than the past and it's not exactly how I'd wish it be. I needed this affirmation more than I've ever needed one before, so thank you so much Kassandra! Also, I could really use a bedtime series, I always struggle to find a short flow at nighttime... Thank you again for all you do!

wow i never realised how much i liked twists until i saw day 3 yoga was twists and i was so excited ahahah this has definitely been my favourite out of all the yoga practices i've done so far! wasn't too fast or too slow, i feel really good and stretched out this morning without too much pain lol and today's affirmation was such a good reminder. i have a lot going on at the moment in a good way but it really made me step back and realise i should be excited about all these things coming up, not stressed! yes it's a lot but i am at peace with the flow of life! thanks so much

I’ve been loving this challenge, you announced it right as I realized I had gotten out of my yoga practice and needed to return to it. As a newbie to meditation as a whole, maybe sometime in the future could you make a guide for how to keep the mind from racing during meditations where you do not talk throughout?

I’m loving these 15-minute morning sessions and the 5-minute meditations afterwards. They are definitely what I need, especially the mantras. I wish I knew what I was doing wrong with the Thread the Needle pose. I never get a stretch in my shoulders, even with shifting and trying to adjust. Is there an alternate pose that could work the same muscles that I could try?
