Glad there's a small community of people who recognize that Challengers is CINEMA✨ the soundtrack, the visuals, and the color grading is stunning. Luca Guadagnino can't make an ugly film, it's in the contract.
First off, that thumbnail is so good. Second, I agree, this movie's amazing. I have not been able to stop thinking about the ultimate power throuple, or Zendaya's performance.
Zendaya's hate propaganda against Art has worked so well. Lol! The way people can't get over Arts actions as a teenager, but give Tashi and Patrick a pass behaving they way they are in their 30's. Anyway, Team Throuple!!
Yes Chu, I completely understand. Challengers is one of my favorite movies ever now. The soundtrack, the acting, the throuple. obsessed Thank you for talking about this movie again ❤
I do think Tashi was very much into Patrick the most, but since she saw she wouldn’t be able to control him like Art the she went for the safer route. I love both boys and what they represented. for Tashi Art was malleable and Patrick was too unpredictable
Loved this video, your enthusiasm for the movie is exactly how I feel! Personally, I’m team throuple. The director said in an interview that they went back to the hotel room after the ending and I fully agree. I think these three are all toxic but they all need each other, in tennis and in life. Long live Challengers fever! 🎾🎾🎾
13:33 I don’t think Tashi wanted Art to win, but I think she noticed his lack in confidence versus Patrick’s. You notice how she said that Art immediately looked defeated as if he knew he was going to lose. Art and Patrick both have something in each other that one of the other is missing and that’s why Tashi connected them well because she had what they both were missing themselves. Art being ice meaning he’s buildable and Patrick being fire meaning he’s got a big ego and leads with his head.
oh chu, if you liked josh's acting then you HAVE to watch "god's own country" for pride month! it's gay and he is amazing in it (you will need subtitles for it though, because josh has a strong yorkshire accent in it and i missed some parts when i first watched it haha)
I watched it the night after it came out with my cousin. We spent our entire time talking about it. Art is husband material. Yes, he has flaws but you gotta love his dedication to Tashi. Patrick is dedicated to tennis but Art is dedicated to Tashi. If he ain’t winning my heart, I don’t want him! Art reigns supreme in my eyes! 😭 I’m sorry!!!
Young Art has pretty privilege

I’m sorry Art can do no wrong in my eyes!!! Art for president 2024😂
STAND UPPP!!

I agree!! they were all great but josh o'connor was such a standout in this film. a movie star handsss down
I am so glad you have challengers brainrot as well!!! I’ve been obsessed since it came out. It’s a problem.
None of them did anything wrong in my eyes, they are all just messy people. I love that for them.
Same!

Tashi is the tennis ball 🎾 in Art and Patrick’s tennis 🏓 game.
coming back to this video after also watching challengers 4 times. it's such a good movie!!!!
They all win in the end if you really think about it.
i really appreciate this channel and unpacking the films after watching them for the first time.
❤

Yeah, and tashi is fire and ice
I think Tashi had a kid 👧🏽to raise the next tennis 🎾 prodigy. If her father is a tennis 🏓 champion, she’ll be a tennis legacy with guaranteed fame.
i saw it 3 times in theaters im so obsessed 😅
I have done it twice!!😮💨
I love this movie so much, so glad you love it too ❤️❤️
✨💃🏽CINEMATIC PARALLELS💃🏽✨CINEMATIC PARALLELS💃🏽✨

lmao next year
@@chuma_ok I hate you soo much 😭😭😭 I’ll be watching regardless
I aspire to be Tashi-like
I’m actually quite evil, a little bit 😈 💀💀💀
I need the link to the artist of the thumbnail !!!
Right!! I keep checking back to see if anyone knows 😭
3 times now! 🎥
Art was the last to throw the ball down so he won
He wouldn’t have won that point since he touched the net, again, the match wasn’t over so we as the audience do NOT know who actually won the match
