It's always silly to imagine the perspective of any game when you speedrun it but this game most of all is kinda hilarious. Stone faced walking past all the horrors going to the exact right places to get what you need lol

I have become strangely interested in this game. I know some spoilers but I still want to see the story for myself lol
I suggest you stay off the spoilers as well, the story is extremely fun to piece together. It's like a puzzle game in its own right.
@@jas3.14 It's still a very disturbing game that's not for everyone. I actually like the story after watching videos, but I know for sure that's not my kind of game given that roguelikes are incredibly hard and that this game contains... well you know...
I understand that completely. My opinion is that those themes fit the game, they shape it. It wouldn't be Fear and Hunger without those things, unlike some other games, where it serves no purpose at all.
The Furret walk music would suit this video incredibly well.

I dont understand, I thought when you used the book you only had a limited amount of time in the city before you woke back up? Is there a trick here?
So what happens is: you have a limited time there, but if you manage to go to the other areas of ma'habre before the time runs out then the game just glitches the timer out ig.

On Hard mode, Le'garde is always dead at the start. This is so that you can't recruit him, but still find his body there.
Wait how can you easily get into Ma'habre? With a book?
Wasn`t he supposed to die 30 minutes into the game? How was he dead so fast?
On hardmode, all party members are unrecruitable, so to still make ending E, Cahara S, D'arce S and Ragnvaldr S possible in Hardmode, Le'garde was killed at the start of the game.
It would also make no sense for Le'garde to just be missing.
if this wasnt on hard mode, he would be instantly killed upon reaching a certain point of mahabre anyway, but s endings are only available on hard mode as well!

How's d'arce ending supposed to be "S" lmao
Imagine having to find 3 pages which cannot be found unless you play as D'arce on hard mode, without being told what to do. This ending is super cryptic because there's nothing that tells you how to get it on your own.

You just walk through that wall. It's bugged collision, and in the bug fixes the community made for the game they obviously removed a lot of these.

You're right, it doesn't. The passages lasts a little above 1 minute and 6 seconds, and a hidden timer keeps track of this. But this timer stops ticking when you exit the area it sends you to.
