Before everyone gets their panties in a WAD… Matt is not buying these direct from Koken, he’s getting them through Mobile Tool Network. That’s where the lifetime warranty comes from, just so you know and any of the rumors start. If you want to sell KOKEN and you are a TOOL TRUCK that’s where you can get them.
I don’t know why I keep watching this channel, I keep getting tempted to buy tools I don’t really need and those Koken ratchets are looking pretty slick.
Just ran into Matt today in Nashville! We’re from Southern West Virginia so it was cool to be able to run into him on our honeymoon! He is a great guy and his trucks are loaded!
I know right …. I have a lot to say in a very short time … just be thankful your not on my router .. you would be trying to sell me ADD (attention deficit disorder) pills .. I sure I could use some some days
I like how tech choice isn’t so overpriced like most tool trucks. U still get the service u like and ur not paying a huge markup. The Milwaukee pack out socket set is a great deal at 309 when online every where else it’s 320.
TECHSCHOICE TOOLS are definitely great people who take care of there customers and i buy from them when i am home in murfreesboro tn and do videos on their stuff on my channel to this is a very nice video clay
I wish we had something/someone like this in the UK... you guys in the US are well catered for.... Over here you either get a Snap on van or one that sells the really cheap throw away Chinese stuff... nothing inbetween
bro i have set of those ddm sockets, i got off buddy and couldnt figure out how to use them to best performance yet, do video on these more please, so i modified an old 1/4 ratchet anvil, by cutting it down flush, so back of it is flat, even and flush too , the 13mm ratchet ring on the wrench,,so if you put it on a 13mm ratchet wrench behind the ddm socket,,it locks it in place and still retains its shallowness, not whole lot of info on this type of conversion type sockets, socket to wrench type/ddm sockets, i am going to use them on a super long ratchet wrench with the locking adapter i modified to lock the socket in the wrench for both drives of sockets the 13 mm and 11 mm drive.which share 1/4 standard regular ratchet drive design.to make it a flex head, long, super flush and shallow ratcheting hard to reach device set kind of like serpentine belt tool by mac and lisle but wayy better!!! i know vim makes the hex bit ratchet but i dont like the fact that they dont make a 13mm or 11mm ratcheting opening wrench wih some type of retaining system.,like a bearing in the socket similar to serp belt tool or macs retaining ring wrenches. theres no point in putting those ddm sockets on the end of a 1/4 dr head through a hex bit designed to pass through the wrench and make the socket stick out and basically make the 13 and 11mm drives made for wrenches useless basically? vim just doesnt make the right tool i want to see these sockets used with..... i hope this all makes sense lol please MORE INFO!!!!!!
How soon before you’ve got Koken pricing up on your website? I’d be interested in potentially buying a few Koken items from you to ensure that I can lock in a more hassle free lifetime warranty. Thanks
I haven’t seen but one craft beer that was worth drinking and it was lazy magnolia southern pecan. And yes I have tried a lot! And I mean a lot of beers.
I have a koken ratchet.. it’s smooth as hell. Bit smaller than USA 🇺🇸 made ratchets in length is only difference. I guess it’s made for little Japanese hands? 😂 (That and the selector switch is opposite directions of like a normal snap on ‘on/off’ style). But man it’s nice
I couldn’t think of a need to drive up to a 19mm socket with a tiny ratchet. If I did I’d use an adaptor. I have the Koken 3/8” flex standard length. So it’s already small and compact. And I can grip it. Got the long 3/8” Koken ratchet too. They gotta be the best ratchets ever.
I will be doing business with tech choice seen i buy tools for the company that i work for the maintenance crew👍. Im buying some koken from the website but how can i get the life time warranty?
@@alrosas7407 there’s no need. Matt is a dealer for Mobile Tool Network, he sells Koken so all the tools he sells will be covered under the Lifetime warranty to his customers.
Not getting a tiktok either. RUclips takes enough of my time already lol. But at least people are saying things and not just doing dumbass Shuffle dances. 🤦🏻♂️
Can someone give the Koken 3/8 drive from the video in a link as not able to find that on the Tech's Choice website? Would also like the finger driver aka the can add an extension bar or use as a crows foot. Would be ideal to buy a Koken driver set.
I think the Lifetime Warranty is a North American thing from what I've noticed. Granted we paying for that lifetime warranty because it's all built into the selling price. That's one of the reasons if you look at websites outside the US and even Canada you will see lower prices, you also have to convert the site's home currency to US dollars to see the real difference. I've seen things from eastern Europe that are five and six times less expensive than the exact same item from the exact same company online in the USA.
You are correct.👌👌 CP the Tool Adict way overstated japanese tools are preium so have a lifetime warranty. Only in the USA market. Japan not so much. Americans never leave Iowa.🤣🤣
Not a fan of the Milwaukee locking pliers. The latch is backwards get the german brands (NWS or Knipex) and they unlock on the pull, so you don't pinch yourself all the time...
Clay, I'm sure you noticed but the camera that was for this video isn't focusing well at all. Maybe it's the lighting on the truck, you would know better than me.
He had a Milwaukee light on above him and they are on a different light frequency that was the flicker. The focus was defiantly not helping the issue. It was struggling bad.
I’m sure your product and business are great but I am hesitant to trust the guy asking everyone else what the names and prices of the tools he’s selling. Not to mention a tool guy who doesn’t carry a pocketknife on the job maybe shouldn’t be trusted either😂
What’s funny is I had a pocket knife in my pocket the whole time… if you can remember all of the part numbers and the price of every tool in a 24 foot truck maybe you should get into a business…. Just saying 😅
