I got a couple of the new rewards last night, and I'm still looking for the water cooler, though. I'm like many as I also took a break from the game for about 18 months.
Good luck getting any of the new rewards. The loot pool is so polluted that the odds of getting a new reward are likely as good as the odds of finding a red asylum dress or the travelling leather coat.
I disagree I just streamed for only 3 hours and got every new plan, a vintage water cooler, nuka girl rug, and a few others things I didnt know. It just comes down to luck and not spamming the gifts when opening
@FalloutMcflyy I want your luck! I opened 20 gifts. And got some paper snowflake light things from before and some mounted plans!!! At least no santa crashes or icicle lights lol
Sometimes when I'm feeling lazy, I'd just server hop privates and do Collision Course over and over (and clear out Morgantown airport since Im there anyways), between both its a pretty easy 30 or so scorched 🤘
@@RobZadouch I run my Private too. I usually grab the easiest 5-10 workshops for my SantaTron, then I have a route of around 8 places, always checking for Scorched events after every lap
From the tone or your voice and the sarcasm I’m picking up, I’m assuming that I’m probably not going to get much for the 97 Santa Crashes and 89 Icicle Lights I’ve been hoarding. 🤦♂️😂
@@VeeCyberpunk lol right. I actually drop them along with other holidays plans in a gift box for low level players. I was just giving him a hard time about their value.

This event doesnt happen every hour. You need to find map locations that spawn Scoarched enemies and some (if your lucky) will be holiday themed. This event is all about farming scorched enemies for the gift boxes. You can also but some.

Been playing since launch and I still hoard the santa crash and icicle lights lol, ik theyre worthless now but still

VINTAGE WATER COOLER!!! I missed out on that when it came out. Someone dropped 5 of them at my camp but it would be nice to have the plan for it.

Line in the Sand and Scorched Earth are awesome for this event. As well as any of the Dropped Connections that attract Scorched

They keep watering down the drops by adding more and more items - i wish there was some way to tailor the drops somewhat...
They need to have "need rolls" which are pretty common in traditional MMOs
@@TacoNut823 another thing I've seen other games do is paying in-game currency to exclude certain drops - great money sink too!
Some event have a knock out system, I'm surprised this one does not
