many many congratulations Alfred for such a great video and share to all of us. I do have two question though, if you would like to answer. a) the technician when closing the cone, as you said didn't like initially the way it was going and separated to replace it better. How was it was possible to seperate it? As far as i know, contact adhesives if pulled back, can't be just reused and the whole cleaning, priming and glue laying procedure needs to be done from the start. Is this a "luxury" that adding toluene in the glue give you or something else? b) as i saw in the video, the folded strips that were attached to the baffles' separators were glued when the initial piece was folded. On top of that, the technical pressed it to bond well. Based on these, how was it possible to cut them open to unfold, after being attached on the inner side of the tube? Thank you in advance.
I have a 12' Zodiac I transport in the back seat of my car and fish with on the weekends. I inflate it and can single handedly carry my Zo across the street to the water, no transom wheels, no dolly, no dragging. I'm not sure why your dingy is so heavy.
@@toivomyllyla8776 Thats not the correct comparison ;) But yes it think it's slightly lighter, but with the disadvantage that you loose space inside the boat. And you even can't use the space of the tube as storrage space. I think the main point is that it's unsinkable.
Haven't heard of shark attacking Zodiacs. Leopard seals on the other hand like to nibble on the tube tips near the transom. No problem because there's 7 insolated chambers. Nails at piers cause damage more often.
so bad ass... I guess they show it with the Yamaha motor on it just to let you know it can handle a big heavy anchor, cuz everybody knows that's all Yamahas are good for. get a fucking Evinrude e tech bitches
Everyone makes fiberglass.
What I really wanted to see is how they make the rubber tube, and the separation buffers.
techniques same as any other inflatable
Everyone makes fiberglass..... and everyone males differents
Same here!

I don't know anything of boats but I like zodiacs.
I have seen better fiberglass work on septic tanks
will it puncture and sink? Im thinking safety when going salt water.
0:26 That dude third from left.
so nice video imformative
Looks tough putting that tube on. I was hoping to remove from time to time but that's a 4 man job?
tres xxx you don't remove it until you need to replace it. And you don't need to remove it unless you've done serious damage to it.
nice quality 2
"you cant run the boat without a center consol" that is not true
Doesn't seem like this would be more portable than a fiberglass boat so what's the benefit of having an inflatable?
doesnt sink
Light weight, buoyant and very stable, which helps divers in particular
Amazing!
...and so hull integrity is reliant on a pvc tube?
no. can still float with all air chambers punctured
hypalon nylon is not PVC!!!!
Why is the outer hull made of a rubber tube instead of solid fibreglass? What are the advantages? Cheers
Smoother running. Like a suspension. Also lighter.
tres xxx
Ok thx, but i guess it's not lighter. My dingy is very heavy...

@@blakanal7222 wich is lighter? Air or Solid fiberglass?

Speed like a Ferrari lmfao
And comfort like a Rolls 😄
And why not use an assembly line, makes production less expensive
I don't think they make that many
What inefficient manufacturing.
I had one of this mariner 4 its same
That's some really crappy fiberglass work, absolutely nothing to brag about.
Yep, you can tell he wasn’t proud when he said the words (chopper gun)
"chopper gun" = cheaper gun.
The guys spraying the resin need to be retained.
Nice подарите один для рЬІбалки)
Scanner marine forever
LOL Comfort like a Rolls-Royce then show picture of a bench seat
The vordt inflatable boat
All good till an aggressive shark says hi
Make Nitro Great Again hardly ever

@@reallyhappenings5597 is this true? will it still float with all the balloons punctured? how does it stay afloat?
Someone I would say the Hull is Foam Filled, The tubes are meant to provide stability, flotation is just a bonus
I’d rather Highfield
3.39 ur welcome...
I looked for this comment lol
Too pricey...there are better price alternatives worldwide.
Sea Rider
Please name it. I want a Hypalon inflatable that’s “better” than Zodiac.
i thought they were french
yes
Nc baby
They are not in NC, they are in SC.
so bad ass...

Zodiac is expensive ...🤪🤪
Have to mute this video! The music really sucks!
Low tech and massively un- Eco friendly
It is not made by americans its made by chinesse
You don't know what you're talking about.
