that's a crappy design if that glue that attaches the tubes to the fiberglass hull gives out bye bye tubes and bye bye boat plus the glue is on the bottom and every time the boat slams down on a swell it's going to try and push those tubes up. Zodiac uses a special groove in the fiberglass hull and the boat tube slides into that and locks in place.
The tubes would be held in place with inside strips and 6" underneath strips ... And a bow patch at the front underside.. And in some cases even a T piece ..
