Great video. I just ordered my SLT volcanic Red and your videos enabled me to see exactly how all the options are and we changed the order today a little to go to the captain seats instead of the bench seat and also to add the sunroof. Looking forward to delivery, my last one was a Tahoe in 2007. Thanks

Really nice always loved the bigger boxy SUVs.
I hate how they removed the mirror signal lights. In Northern Canada with big snow banks they were a big plus.

Great review. I’ve been trying to find a SLT for MSRP and no one in the 703 area will let them go haha. As far as video feedback, the audio sounded odd on my headphone. Most of the voice came from the right side of the headphone instead of both. Could just be my headphones though. Either way, nice work

Test drove the Yukon SLT today, absolutely amazing. What a beautiful ride. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 6. Thinking of trading in our Pacifica for this.
The placement of the hazard lights switch odd - it should be closer to the driver.
Great video! I pick mine up Wednesday, it’s an XL. And it’s about $10,000 more here in Texas. That’s a great price there. I agree, I feel like the SLT is nicely loaded.

@@Andrewje85 we actually found one in the ground in north TX. Wanted a black one, but we were informed that it would be 4-6 months on the short side to receive an ordered unit. So we bought the white one solely based on the options we wanted

I would bring back the air lift strut in the rear of the Yukon XL, if you option max trailering it should still be included. My 2019 Yukon XL was an SLE and max trailering and came with the leveling air struts. I tow a camper the 19 version always rode level no squatting at all.
The new 23 SLT with max trailering it’s has been eliminated. only available now on AT 4 or Denali versions and it’s a 4 wheel lift system air ride that levels and if equipped can lift the vehicle with a switch if you want to get more ground. Clearance. Sad that I had no idea with my new Yukon XL would be missing this feature. 4x4 SLT max trailering !

Thanks for detail information. I am a good driver but this vehicle uses 6-9 mile per gallon. Is this happen because it’s new or there is something wrong ? I also see on your video, your average fuel consumption is 4.8 kindly please I will except your replay thank you.

That’s a very fair MSRP on that Yukon.
Those Continental tires are the cheapest tires GM could have used. I've already replaced our tires on our new Yukon. No traction in rain, mud, or snow. For as much as they cost, a decent tire should have been used. The front and rear cameras were included in 2021, 3rd row are electric. Sad the options that are missing and included options that are now extra.
What tires did you replace the continentals with?

Good info and very thorough… but are you filming next to interstate? So irritatingly loud background noise when doors are open. The Yukon definitely has a super quiet interior eliminating outside noise….

No the sle does not. If you got an SLT, heated front seats are standard. In my opinion, the SLT is worth the additional cost
But why the lt Tahoe have hated seats even tho it’s less money den the sle Yukon?

I wouldn’t say you got scammed, but you might have a loaded up sle which can reach $68k. I would’ve gotten a base SLT which has more features standard and leather like the one here. So idk if u paid over msrp, but it’s not totally unheard of to pay 69 for an sle
Ok video but having that sun shade open will make it easier to see something’s better. By giving your video a natural light. So next video if you have a big sun shade leave it open for a better light video.
Fair enough, but if I had left the sunshade open the interior would've gotten too hot and I would've had to turn on the A/C which effects the audio quality of the video.. A couple different variables when filming

I got the same Yukon than you two weeks ago, and The truck uses 7 to 9 miles per gallon in the city, I’m thinking something is wrong.

I just bought mine and I am good driver but this vehicle uses 6-9 mile per gallon. Please we have same issues kindly inform me how it’s goes on your side
About the dog getting fresh air from leaving the rear window open, don't do it. A full size van I once owned and the SUV I own do not recommend it due to the exhaust getting sucked into the interior. I use the rear widow wiper not for rain, but, for the dirt sucked onto the back of the vehicle from the road. If road dirt is sucked onto the back of the vehicle, so is its own exhaust. At least in my opinion, engine exhaust is not good to breathe in. Minor in comparison, road dirt will get sucked in as well.
Now that I think about that, that is a great point. But for that one 10 min drive back from Home Depot, I think you will be ok.. Thanks for the comment !
