Thank you my friend. I use this lesson to teach my classes at Ascot High School, St. Catherine, Jamaica. The students love it. You make my work easier.

You are an excellent teacher. I have watched 5 videos on perspective. This is the best one I have seen. I love the clear and concise language you use. Your method of teaching this lesson is very effective. I am finally able to draw using one point perspective. I am going to practice this for a few days and then watch the 2 point and the 3 point lessons. Thank you so much for your posting your tutorials. Michelle

Hi there nice tutorial. Are the trees perpendicular to the horizon line- specifically the tops? I'm having trouble with the trees...mine look like they are leaning.

Might be a stupid question but if the vanishing point is center, do I curb both sides, and should I consider value on either curb?

I humbly think you had to have more proportion in the distribution, for example, the road marks, the space between the trees, the fence, and the car! Proportion is missing! Things will not only decreasing, will be looking more together too! You gave the same space between the trees, the bars of the fence. The sidewalk in front of the building, left, had to 'appear' to be wider than the right, because my vision is more to the left than to the right. The separation of the pavement blocks are 'large' in relation to the size of the building. The car looks huge compared to the size of the building! Sorry, but that's what I see! But the lesson as the reference point, was excellent! Thank you.
