To be fair: the Porsche was kinda the prototype for the designers to try this new concept, and for having no template, like the others had the Porsche as one, it turned out great
You're right... I still think the Porsche is the best looking out of the three tho
Stefan Wagner i thing Porsche better than Bugatti, but sian is the coolest
Yes, that is true.
I don't like the colour of the Sian, but the model is really nice👌🏻
What new concept? They have been building super cars for decades, they should have gotten the Porsche right.
the porsche is like the man who risked his life so the other ones can use what happened and improve it
what a brave brave soul
amen
the kid that failed to test to get all the answers
"the first man through the wall gets the bloodiest"...
Porsche is the man who designed me,if you are a historian you would know this.
The hamster space category truly was the most important one!
Obviously
Ofc it is
Not any more!
Right right
Have to agree
I don't think the argument is which one is best, the argument is explaining to my other half why I need all three...You will be mine Sian
This is the best review I have ever seen, everything was perfect and very informative without lacking in detail keep up this incredible stuff!
You installed the porsche's rear wing incorrectly. It should allow for some forward tilt and no backwards tilt.
Thankfully it can be fixed easily
I was thinking the same thing.
What Porsche will have some problems on the track
Mine goes forward and back, I take it I didn’t build it right?
Oof
one of the best "comparison" vids i've seen on just about anything....nicely done...
I was really waiting for this video. This comparision is epic.
Same
Agreed.
안녕 하세요 너무잘해요
Been waiting for this thx for the great review
Wonderful detail in this comparison review. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done.
A very thorough and comprehensive review. Love the first music track! Thanks for creating and sharing. Please do more Technic comparisons!
You make the best videos :-) Thank you for the amazing content! 👍
Best comparison ever, great job.
I think all of them are good, but I haven’t got any one of these supercar model ;(
Oh and your edits and filming are really good (high quality and specific detailed with really good footage)
I like how your videos are being edited :)
Thanks! This took almost a week to film and edit!
High quality- so the opposite of the Sían's bricks?
Hi @@searme. Do you know when the summer sets will be released or when they usually are released every year?
@@Jamesc422 it's usually August I think.
Blitzkrieg Metalhead
Racing Brick is nice too !
I like his quarantine color sheets
Your videos are becoming more and more impressive
Excellent video!
good video sariel! I loved it, I thought 36 minutes were long, it past flying !
Great review !! Looking for a lot of time to build my Chiron and Sián..
If you ever felt all Porsche looked the same, this is the official confirmation.
LEGO is expensive but this joke is PRICELESS.
I was waiting for this video... 👍😜
love your soundtrack dude
Great video. Well Done.
16:06, the text on top is the same as the "functions" section
Yeah, and it doesn't even ad the points, we don't know which one won and lost that category
Yeah noticed that too but was looking to see if anyone else had noticed it before leaving my comment
@@agustincampanelli7706 well from the text you can say, porsche +1, bugatti +2 and lambo +3
@@impactQuake but the text is the same as the previous section. Unfortunately, this means that, as agustin said, we don't know which one won and which one lost that category.
These reviews are why I watch Sariel - so much attention to detail and looking back at the history. Great work mate.
Although I really think the Sian should've won.
I guess I'll see all you supers in two years for the Ferrari!

THE WHAT NOW
The Sián’s suspension is clever though, I spent ages studying how it works! I completely agree with the order of ranking.
Great review, and with the added bonus of the yt update that shows your timemarks in the video
Excellent
Finished my Sián a couple weeks ago. Totally awesome. My Chiron is still in the box after two years but it’s getting built next. I’m also making offers for the Porsche on eBay. And when I look at the Sián as a whole, I don’t even notice the different shades of green, and I’m seriously ocd.
Very nice vid
love the music man👍👍
Fantastic video as always @sariel! I would like to see you build a proper 7 speed transmission for the Porsche using the new parts that are available now. That would fix the biggest problem with that car in my opinion.
Great comparison video... I missed my chance on the Porche, and forums and groups really make it feel like a missed opportunity, but after seeing this, I feel good just having the other two.
As a note, the Chiron has a simple fix for that front suspension, and with no additional parts. Just need to swap out the two creme 3L frictionless pins with the two blue friction pins holding the suspension arms. It works perfectly after that. Also, the Sian rear wing falls back down after sitting for some time... Perhaps minutes or hours, haven't timed it.
COOL!!
I love all, I would love a LEGO Koenigsegg Gemera
@Ketchup maybe nothing could be more likely to make an agera RS because it was the world's fastest car for a while
i like the nice piano music in the background :)
Awesome video as always. Love the hamster inclusion. Any speculation on the next supercar? Thanks for your videos.
Thanks for the video. I have to say the Sian looks stunning. I have all 3 brand new still in there boxes. Im sure I will get round to building them 😁. I have not long done the James bond Aston Martin db5 and Dom's charger from fast and furious. So have no rush to do them just yet.
Yesterday i watched ur tiger 1 video again with u using the bass for in the house... Of all people playing that song on the bass i saw on youtube honestly u were the best in my opinion...:v
Thanks for the video Sariel, I can imagine it took a lot of work, though it's really informative. I have both the Porsche and the Bugatti and even though both have their flaws, I think both are superb machines. Will wait to purchase the Lamborghini, hopefully Lego fix the colour problem. Let us know if you hear anything. Thanks again 👍
Amazing video!!! What song do use for the video?? In the beginning , the first one... love it
I have all three of them and they’re awesome
Happy Christmas to everyone, hope your doing well during covid,
Happy holidays
Wondering what the second song is that's playing? Sounds like it's from a movie soundtrack. Love it!
Very nice overview. I have the Bugatti now looking to add the Lamborghini!!!
Sian is not bad thanks to 911 and Chiron's errors. And the 911 suffer because it was the first. As you said, the Sian is an evolution of the Bugatti.
But nice work ! Especially for a week of job !! You always produce high quality review !
You have thr same totals after basics functions and after transmission s, so you don't sum one of them : final results should be 18 29 and 27, don't change order but seems must accurate.
The scores of the transmission at 16:03 are not calculated into the total score. The scores are the same as the ones at 14:02
I would like to point out that the Porsche's instructions have an error in them that messes with the functionality of the transmission. There was a correction made on their website, but I don't remember where or when exactly it happened.
Loved this video, but just a quick notice: you used the same end comments for the features and transmission sections
Any idea if Lego has fixed the color issues of the Sian and if any future batches have been made yet? How many batches of Sians have been released so far? Just one?
Just wanted to point out that you placed the feature description on the gear section. Other than that, great video!
The hamster space test is the greatest :)
Super film kozak
Saw the end, now i feel great about getting the chiron!
I built 42115 yesterday
And I have 3 things to say
1: it’s by biggest set I’ve ever built
2: it’s huge, a lot more as it looks on video(it’s hard to imagine but it’s Length is same as width of standard fridge ), u can use it like dumbbell
3: it perfectly matches with my cabinet bcs it’s like too
(I just wanted to say my opinion about this set somewhere 😅)
The two big ones for me that put chiron over lambo. First is actually a few things for build experience. I dont have a lot of build space, so it was a joy to be able to pull each box out one at a time with chiron, and put it back reversed when I got the next. Having to completely unpack lambo is pretty ick. Podcasts are also nice while building. Videos make it a separate experience.
Then the one thing is finished. The front and rear profile detailing on Sian looks so lackluster. The rear on the chiron is rich and gorgeously made. The sian stick headlights and boring exhausts... I mean the rear lights are good, but the rest is so bland to me in comparison.
I sorta didnt mind the big stickers. Yes, they can be finicky, but it still added a lot. Clean surface and the stickers hold solid. Never had sticker problems of peeling off, even on my sets as a kid that I played with. Just wipe oil from hands off first. My only beef with stickers is cut misalignment to print, notable on the w16 stickers for engine cover.
Having just built the Lambo I think the colour issues are related to Lego starting to make some pieces from sustainable plastics. Some pieces seemed to be a slightly softer plastic and it was these which showed a difference in colour. Not just the green pieces, but I also noticed it in some of the red and black pieces as well (though possibly less pronounced). It may be less of a QC issue and more of an issue with how different plastics interact with the pigments used. Have to say though, the differences didn't really bother me at all.
Just got the Sian today and I'm already loving it. I don't regret skipping on the Porsche or the Chiron. I absolutely agree that Porches just look too similar. That being said if Lego actually got the license again from them, and did an LMP-1...I'd be in heaven. The Chiron's design just doesn't excite me. I guess I'm just not sold on it's look. The Sian though...always been a bit of a Lamborghini fan ever since Transformers. I love Lamborghini's designs. They have these angles and edges to them that make them look very aggressive. Definitely my favorite!
best supercar battle EVER!
the Bugatti is by far my favourite, it also has my favourite colour pallet of the three, the two tones of blue look amazing
Only car with diversity in colors and that blue thooooooooo also it's more refined than sian tbh
I'd like to add that you can tilt the GT3 RS' spoiler forward, even though the real thing has it fixed anyway.
They should try to make the bags with system pieces for more detail
You get a like from me for actually putting that adorable hamster in the cars
I don't think you added transmission points up? All the cars have same ratings from the previous section. Overall a nice and detailed video as always!
The Porsche being the first one and the designers having no clear template at first, they did really good and really improved after it with the Bugatti and Lamborghini
Thank you, the desissicion between lamborghini and bugatti was hard but this helped me pick.
(I know i spelt desissicion wrong but im to laztly to look up how ots spelt correctly)
Wait, Porsche are the only ones willing to show you how the real car is being built? I think that should make its instructions book rank a little higher.
Agreed. Much more technical and in line with building section
25:38 isn't that the Divo's interior, or are they similar?
Just purchased the Sian, now I just need to get the other two but that can wait a few more months they aren't cheap. I also need to get the senna and the 488 GTB so I can have a perfect collection to set up there with my f40 creator
I have all 3. I think of the 3, the bugatti is my favorite, due to the gorgeous color, the uniqueness of the W16, and the function of the rear wing. That said, the scissor doors of the Sian are a standout feature, and I have to give props for no stickers, even if it means the interior isn't as detailed.
I'm thoroughly disappointed in the angle and ratio of the steering columns, however. The significantly cheaper Land Rover Defender had an angled steering rack, with a 360 degree steering range lock to lock. The Supercars all have their columns parallel with the floor, and are only 180 degrees lock to lock.
Which one is better the Bugatti or the Lamborghini? I’m stuck on deciding which one to get
I thought you were extra harsh on the Sian for the colour problem. I haven't noticed this on mine but now I shall! You scored +4 points for the hamster scenes though.
I love how the Chiron looks!😍
Same
@Amrit Abeyaratna i don’t care
Same
I'm late to the lego train and want to get the porsche now but it's not on the market, do you know any reputable companies or sites that would sell it still? Or any lego sets that are discontinued?
Bricklink.com
Awesome soundtrack at start! My personal thought is that Lambo is the best one out of them. Best box, best design, best functions, great color but Bugatti colors are even better.
At least a year after its initial release, I bought the Sían. I can confirm that the colouring issues are no longer present (at least in the one I bought). It was lime green throughout. Either Lego fixed this issue in their latest batch, I just got lucky…
or I’m just colour blind.
Overall, for my first Technic hypercar, I’m very pleased with it. ☺️👌
I’m looking forward to building the upcoming Ferrari that was rumoured to release later this year.
The one thing keeping me from buying the Sian is that there seems to bee too many blue pins visible on the set, in the bugatti it wasnt a problem since the car itself was blue, but the blue spots of the pins are too visible on the green sian
How did the Chiron score higher than the porsche for stickers? The porsche had more printed pieces?
Real nice video! I would like to see a red LaFerrari as the next one.
You're dream has probably come true....
I hope we do see a Ferrari, but it probably won't be a LaFerrari because, if you notice, they are focusing on the Manufacturers latest cars, and the LaFerrari is 7 years old now (released in 2013). If they did do a Ferrari, I think we can expect an SF90 Stradale, F8 or SP38, or another one that comes out in the future.
Next Technics supercar is a Ferrari! 😎
I like how he didn't give extra points to the porshe for being the first lego supercar and the sian for having scissor doors. In my opinion all are considered equal
The 42056's rear spoiler can be adjusted downwards.
I have all three and they are all great
The music makes me just picture a cinematic recap of my life
this needs more likes
Bro thank you I want to get one of these one day maybe when I’m an adult when I get a job
What's the title of that first track ? It's epic !!! (Video too, nice edit and shots )
I agree with the pointing system but I think the Porsche should be brought up with some bonus points, in the end it is the model that showed Lego and us all that the technic supercar models can be spectacular and what can be built to further steps.
25:40 the interior says "Divo" in the stitching, I think you got the wrong picture. Otherwise great comparison. The Lamborghini really looks phenomenal. Hopefully the color issues will be sorted out as time goes on.
Another thing that I noticed about them is that they are released two years from each other.
And who knows? Maybe in 2022, we'll get a yellow Supercar set.
Or maybe red considering there still isn't any Ferrari
When my interest in LEGO reapers, i don´t care so much of the Chiron, in an local shop appears with an irresistible price of 250€, i deny what i think about it and took one for myself. WOW is the first reaction when see the box in my table, the unboxing, the building, even today when i look at it in my shelf where is exposed...is simply the best LEGO experience in my LEGO adult timeline.
Totaly Recommended
I have a Land Rover Defender lego. Planning Chiron next!
Well which is the best in terms of the best playset?
All porches 911 have looked the same since the first 901 in the start so thats why the boxes look different
Can you please recommend me any good bricklink store with lots of bricks and which is not expensive?
There is a lot of discrepancy regarding the points. The total points should be :
Porsche 911 (I don't know the complete name ) - 19
Buggatti Chiron - 29
Lamborghini Sian - 26
Yes, I noticed them too.
@@dr.sandhyasinha8998 Thank you
you're right, I spotted them too (math is hard)
NO NO IT SHOULD BE LIKE:
Porsche 911 gt3 rs= 19
Bugatti Chiron=29
Lamborghini Sian FKP 37= 2500
@Abhyudaya Sinha the full name for the Porsche is the 911 GT3 RS
17:38 couldnt you take out the crossbar thing and then pull the cover off?
Just WOW
You used a picture of the divo’s interior it says Divo if you look carefully
I like how the timeline of the video has lines separating each category and the name also. That way you can scroll the timeline to jump back to whichever section you want to see again. Only mistake is the instruction section is combined with the box section as just the Box section. Otherwise, great job!
i think using new pieces and such as an indicator of whatever somewhat sucks as a set/design would either entirely different or have little room to improve
the first product of a line/series would be a template really, and the next products/designs would be either an improvement, a whole new thing or just basicly same internal/base with a few modification and new body, the whole 1:8 supercar thing is a direct reflection of that. lemme explain, the 911 is the template, the experiment, new thing. the chiron, which is next, would be the whole new thing with the transmission/gearbox, the sian is the minor improvement/perfecting the thing, but still mostly the same with a new body
Good video. Grat. The Chiron front suspension bad because They are use blue 3L pin, if You change to a light gray or sand gray the suspension work well ;)
I like the Chiron and the Porsche. I hope one day the Lego make 1:8 size American muscle car :D.
16:04 You didn't add the points because the amounts look the same as the last chapter.
