Thank you so much! 😊 I'm glad you love the aesthetics of the templates! For the heart in the to-do lists, I use the emoji text. You can easily copy it from an emoji website like emojidb.org or emojicombos. Just paste it wherever you need it in your Notion template. Hope that helps!

I love this template, it has everything you need! Is there a way to duplicate all of the brand sections for running different brands/accounts? I have multiple brands/accounts that I manage and some have different brand strategies so I want to be able to navigate through the different brand sections for each brand instead of having it just be the one main section for brand/business. Would that be possible?

@@gio.b8808 You're welcome! Yes, you can definitely duplicate the Brand Strategy and Brand Visual pages. Here's how:
      - Go to the Business section, then navigate to the main Brand Strategy/Brand Visual page (not the linked page).
      - Hover over the page, and when the drag handle (the 6 dots) appears, click it and select Duplicate.
      - Rename the duplicated page for each brand you manage.
If you'd prefer to keep everything in one section, drag the duplicated Brand Visual pages inside the existing main page. This way, you'll have a structure like this:
      Brand Strategy
      Brand A
      Brand B
You can click on each brand to navigate between them. Let me know if you need more help!

Thank you sooo much for clearing it up for me. I’ve known about Notion for a while but I was always stumped on HOW can I use Notion to be more efficiently organized mentally, what tasks that actually needs to be done(instead of running round) and etc. Notion has sooo many features, combinations and can link to sooo many different things, idk where to start. I’m an over thinker and I’m pretty particular about how I do things, unfortunately 😅. I really enjoy Notion and your templates. Your template’s aesthetic is nice, simple and classy(to me at least) and still to the point and has very helpful features that you have created into the templates that solved my problems as well as watching all your other videos. Thank you again! 🫶🏼👍🏼

Thank you sooo much for your kind words! 😊 I'm glad to hear that my videos and templates have helped you get started with Notion and find a way to stay organized. Notion can definitely feel overwhelming with all its features, but it's great to hear that you find my templates simple, classy, and helpful. If you have any questions or need further guidance, feel free to reach out. I'm here to help! Thanks again for your support! 🫶🏼👍🏼

1:20 How to make the cover look like that, while typing the contents directly without opening the page? Please provide a tutorial.

Hi! I used the gallery view for that setup. To make the cover look like that while typing the contents directly:
      - Show all the properties you want to display in the gallery view.
      - Hover over the card, and click the pen icon to start editing the properties without opening the page.
      - For the title, I use a formula property to assign the title and rearrange it to place it above the input property.
      I hope this helps!

Hi, for that task, I use List view instead of table view, so it will display the pages with no lines

Can you use this for multiple accounts or just for one client?

Hi, yes, you can definitely use it for multiple accounts! You can add as many platforms as you'd like and filter content by client.
