    Day 8 complete! My core is definitely my weak point, so any core workouts are sure to get me struggling! Pushed through though! Amazing work, can’t wait for week 3!

    Day 8 done and I'm catching up!
    I like how you've kept the "easier" version of the exercises on the top left corner while the exercise is going on. One bit I've noticed is that, as you get tired, you don't call out loud the next exercise. Have you considered maybe adding a voice over in post?

      Thanks, yes always looking for small improvements. It’s partly intentional not talking so much in later rounds once you’ve had all technique tips needed & I just let beeps and previews guide you. Some people appreciate not being yapped at the whole time. I could definitely say what exercise is next though 👍🏼
