    I just woke up at midnight, saw this, and went through it. It was great. Standing up from the floor was easier, not stiff.
    Commenting now while working on hamstrings then back to bed. I expect better sleep.

    love the stretches but I’m struggling to make these part of a more holistic routine

      Do them at same time daily helps get routine going and avoid relying on motivation 👍🏼

    Definitely noticed how much lower back tightness I have
