- 3 cups all poupose flour
2 1/2 sugar
3 stick butter unsalted
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 blue raspberry flavoring
1 cup whole milk or buttermilk
1 teaspoon butter extract
frosting
1 1/2 cup powder sugar
2 teaspoon butter
2 to 3 teaspoons of raspberry blended well
milk started with two or three teaspoons add more if needed.
frosted raspberries
2 teaspoons a butter melted
sugar
one pack of raspberries
the blended raspberries or optional
I especially admire you for making cakes that just don't derive their colors from food coloring but rather from the natural flavors that they contain. Most professional bakers seem to believe that color of the cake is enough.
