@@MeganMacCarthy I will do this I have also rutine I found in youtube PAIN ACADEMY they do similar exercise but they stay in this postion 30 min when I stay like that I fell like my knee muscle twitching....I had that situacion thight psoas, thight piriformisand strong calf ....valgus knee in that leg and this is helpful ..I WILL CHECK YOUR STREAMING

I don’t know your situation, but it is a lot of movement so take it slow, or perhaps is too much right now depending on your back. 🙏

How often should we do this protocol?
You can do it every day. When I feel the tightness coming back on, I will do a session in the morning when I get up and before sleep.
I truly belive thst this can help to my hip come down my one hip is higher tilted
