Der neue Mercedes Sprinter ist im Vergleich zu Man und Crafter fehlerfrei. Die Anschaffung ist deutlich günstiger, der Service arbeitet schnell und effizient und das Auto ist für die Dauer der Reparatur sicher. Der Sprinter fährt und fährt und der MAN TGE hat eine Panne, ich möchte das Servicecenter nicht verlassen und nach der Reparatur kehrt er auf einem Anhänger zum MAN-Servicecenter zurück!!! hahaha Sie haben unseren MAN kein einziges Mal im Servicecenter gewaschen. Jedes Mal, wenn der Mercedes den Ausstellungsraum verlässt, ist er sauber und riecht gut. Es ist auch billiger!!!

Der Bus ist schön, aber der Service ist eine Katastrophe, jeder Service für diese Busse wird beim MAN-Händler durchgeführt. Sie sind nicht darauf vorbereitet oder haben Erfahrung mit der Wartung von MAN TGE. Ich werde von Anfang an keine Ausfälle erwähnen, da er nach Verlassen des Ausstellungsraums eine Panne hatte. Service beim autorisierten Händler alle 15.000 km. Das Auto war nicht verdreht, es wollte nach dem Service nicht anspringen und bei 80.000 km haben sie unseren Motor während des Service beschädigt!!! Am 22. März 2024 zum Service verpflichtet. Und viele Fehler auf dem Armaturenbrett, Glühkerzen, Motorprüfung, keine Leistung. Sie bieten kein Ersatzauto für die Dauer der Garantiereparaturen an!!! Nach Motorschaden am 29. März 2024 beim Händler. Einverständnis zur Übernahme der Mietkosten in Höhe von 70 EUR pro Tag. Diese Entscheidung habe ich noch nicht auf Papier. Im Allgemeinen ist der Service eine Katastrophe, die Garantie ist gewährleistet. Das Beste: Ich war bei der TÜV-Prüfstelle um das defekte Fahrwerk feststellen zu lassen und der Diagnostiker wollte den Fahrzeugschein im Neuwagen behalten!!!

Autobus fajny, ale serwis to katastrofa, każdy serwis tych autobusów jest w ASO MAN. Nie są przygotowani ani nie mają doświadczenia w serwisowaniu MAN TGE. O żadnych awariach nie wspomnę od samego początku, bo zepsuł się po wyjeździe z salonu. Serwis w autoryzowanym salonie co 15 000 km. Auto nie było skręcone, nie chciało odpalić po serwisie a przy 80 000 km. uszkodzili nam silnik podczas serwisu!!! Zgłoszony do serwisu 22 marca 2024 r. i wiele błędów na desce rozdzielczej, świece żarowe, check engine, brak mocy. Nie oferują samochodu zastępczego na czas naprawy gwarancyjnej!!! Po uszkodzeniu silnika w salonie 29 marca 2024 r. zgodzili się pokryć koszty wynajmu w wysokości 70EUR za dobę. Nie mam jeszcze tej decyzji na papierze. Generalnie serwis to katastrofa, gwarancja gwarantowana. Najlepsze jest to, że byłem na stacji kontroli pojazdów, aby sprawdzić wadliwe zawieszenie, a diagnosta chciał zachować dowód rejestracyjny nowego pojazdu!!!
