I have just realized that Sis. True Dedication and I are roughly the same age, so there's a fair chance I'll be able to listen to her teachings for all my life. That's a blessing.

Grand rising and happy new year from south Florida! I discovered you guys almost a year ago early in the morning. The teaching on interbeing changed my view. Since feb I've meditated everyday (only missed one). The practice has helped me changed my life and most importantly I've passed the flame to the people around me. Im so thankful and appreciative of you all . May anyone reading find a lotus from the mud 🌺🌺.

Seeing the words on the screen, “Here and now” reminded me of Aldous Huxley’s book “Island”; where mynah birds flew freely and called out, “Here and now! Here and now!”. That image struck a powerful chord and has stayed with me ever since I read the book aged about 13 years - I’m now approaching my 70’s 🤗
May your message of peace, love, and compassion reach all sentient beings. May this crazy world lose its 'crazy' title and we all get back to playing nice in the sandbox...Many blessings to you all in 2022...

I have only yesterday started watching the breathing and mindfulness meditation teachings from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and only just realised of his passing, I'm so sorry for your loss but I am grateful to have stumbled upon his and your beautiful teachings,thank you.

We need happiness right now in raising my grandkids and all. 6 if us tested positive on Christmas day we had 13 days if sickness we were possive and happy i still cooked Christmas dinner and we laughed cause we could not eat . I never told my husband or grandkids how sick i was cause i didn't want them to worry they were so sick i honestly thought 2 if them were in grave danger I suffered with coughing im still coughing 28 days now but im still happy

Dear Sister, you are wonderful. It’s consoling also. I am under the Lockdown. So I watch RUclips to find good teachers to listen to or do exercise with. One day, very recently, I found Thay for the first time in my life. I liked what he said about caring for others, which I need more practice and then, shortly afterward, I learned he was gone (to the other shore). I watched his funeral and what was taking place in Plum Village. He is very lucky in that he has so many wonderful followers and devotees in Plum Village and elsewhere who have given him all the support he needed to teach for all those years. God bless you all. Today I come into contact with my sadness and my anger at the lack courage of my fellow human beings to look at their suffering. I try to embrace my feelings lovely so as not to be carried away by them. Your suffering is my suffering. It is a great challenge for me right now to have to look at how people are running to their doom and at the same time I look into the wonderfully blue sky, hear the rustling of the leaves on the trees, feel the wind gently caressing my skin and enjoy your wunderful smile.🌺
