SEINFELD is an American sitcom television series created by Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld. It aired on NBC from July 5, 1989, to May 14, 1998, over nine seasons and 180 episodes. I dont think they were unreasonable.
The demand was not like in the 2nd season when things could still have gone awry.
These are ridiculously popular shows and the key people should be given a part of the big bucks.

At 38:13 she says that Julia said that the final episode should be the four of them getting what they want, then they go for a celebratory drive in a car that explodes. At least metaphorically, that's almost exactly what the finale ended up being.
