That's the gonna be difficult. The Jeagers were designed to be really tanky bc they were fighting monsters capable of leveling cities. Although the movie shows how sharp Kaiju claws are, Optimus is still very small compared to a Jeager. So the most his bullets would do is give Gypsy a "concussion" knocking the Drift system for a loop.

Jaeger's are mechs controled by 2-3 people, so if you take out the pilots, the jaeger is just a empty hunk of metal with wires and other stuff in it

A few of these point go to optimus, such as durability, endurance, and weapons, he has a massive range of abilities, and can make weapons from himself since being cybertronian, durability since technically hes immortal from the matrix of leadership, e.g. being able to be stabbed through chest, got a missive hole shot through him, have his limbs cut off, and being blown up, also for endurance i would also say optimus cause for 1 he cant die, and 2 his race literally have lived soo long that they witnessed the rise and fall of dinosaurs, and have literally been fighting for eons, trust me i love jeagers wayyy more than transformers, but i also like to add in the important notes
