- I was recently invited to take a closer looks at the Swift Challenger Exclusive rang eof caravans at Swindon Caravans Group. One in particular caught my attention, so here is a quick review of the caravan.

I thought I was Swift through and throUgh but 18 monts ago we went to the dak side! Bailey Unicorn S5! I still prefer the Bailey to the new Swift.
Looks smart, I like the external graphics. Oooh new Swift command is cool too. No, I'm not upgrading...I'm not upgrading :-) Damn it, side lockers at the rear as well. I hate it when they do an upgrade that's actually better than the caravan I currently have :-(
Thanks for showing us around Dan. Really like the look of the new Swifts and Helen & I are split. I like the ‘L’ shaped lounge but Helen is not a fan. Great vid. Cheers, Dave & Helen 👍
Great review there on what looks like a lovely van. We had an L shaped lounge in our old Bailey Senator and it was brilliant.

Good review. I notice that Swift still only provide one light switch on the left hand side of the bed (below the wardrobe door), right hand side nothing. We have this on our Challenger 560 and it is a pain for the person who sleeps on the right (me). Why not put a switch on both side's?

We moved from Swift to Bailey because Swift's fixed beds, whatever the range, were only 137cm as opposed to 141 with Bailey. Surprising how the difference feels in real life. Good to see Swift starting to acknowledge we're not all beanpoles, but new Bailey beds are even wider.

Cara’s external body shapes and graphics to very smart interiors Swift have always been very very good at all price points.
Not a fan of the L shape lounge, but love this new exclusive range. We currently have a 2021 580 challenger and would love a twin axle but not 8ft wide version. Swift need to bring back the 645 in this range.
I sat in an Elegance Grande 850 at the Harrogate show, the front sofa seemed to squish a lot over the 20 mins I was sat in it, felt like I was going to slide off it eventually. Maybe part to do with that one having leather but not sure of longevity if it did that in the short time I was sat on it. 10/10 for cabinet and interior design and detail though in Swift, that’s for sure.
Neglected to mention it has a 100w solar panel on the roof and ATC in this exclusive unit.. way better than their 850 challenger grande!!!.❤️🙏🇬🇧
Does the 850 Challenger not have solar or ATC ?
Yes it does...what it doesn't have is a off side awning light.. upgraded cooker and upholstery or a 5G antenna and internet modem and that's why the exclusive is way better!!!.❤️🙏🇬🇧@@TheTrudgians
Great review of a lovely van. I prefer a window with a view rather than a wall to mount a TV. The wireless charger, wifi and service light on the offside are nice thoughtful touches. I wonder where the market for these larger, heavier vans are going with the advent of electric cars that have limited towing ability. Perhaps a discussion in another video? Dave Birmingham
We just purchased a 2023 Swift Challenger SE Grandee 670, the only thing missing that I’d like is that new touch screen control panel. Why Swift kept the old dated unit for so many years is beyond me…
Still got the beam me up Scotty shower door, that comes off the guide..
I’d prefer a window to a TV space.
I’ve not taken a tv with me for 2 years and don’t miss it.
