I am able to spend $200 a week on average at the market but when I see what it gets me, I am feeling mighty low. I used to only spend $150 a week and get a little more. And this is when I get my mother groceries that she cannot afford on her own that add up to about $40 on average for just her living by herself. If I had kids, oh my. I would have to make sure that I could still eat healthy and not resort to buying cheap box meals and crap with all kinds of unhealthy ingredients. Its just getting ridiculous. At least the summer allows people to buy produce from the many farmer's markets that pop up but during the winter, its another story. The healthiest you can get is possibly getting a low sodium soup or getting the ingredients to throw everything in a crock pot to make your own stew. Oliver is hitting home with us all. The minors references is this: The first word is for "miners" meaning to look out for people who work in coal mines for their living who are being made jobless because of the push on clean energy and the destruction of ever mining coal ever again. Some office holders are not politicians at all but business owners, doctors, etc. They do care and that’s why they ran. Generalizing about any group is the very essence of prejudice and bigotry. It demeans people who sacrifice to be there for the right reasons. I’m aware that some go into politics with good intentions and then flip but again, others manage to maintain integrity. One big red flag is: Some make millions while in office, others come out having lost money. We should never lump these together. They are polar opposites.

I am able to spend $200 a week on average at the market but when I see what it gets me, I am feeling mighty low. I used to only spend $150 a week and get a little more. And this is when I get my mother groceries that she cannot afford on her own that add up to about $40 on average for just her living by herself. If I had kids, oh my. I would have to make sure that I could still eat healthy and not resort to buying cheap box meals and crap with all kinds of unhealthy ingredients. Its just getting ridiculous. At least the summer allows people to buy produce from the many farmer's markets that pop up but during the winter, its another story. The healthiest you can get is possibly getting a low sodium soup or getting the ingredients to throw everything in a crock pot to make your own stew. Oliver is hitting home with us all. He has struck a cord for sure.
The minors references is this: The first word is for "miners" meaning to look out for people who work in coal mines for their living who are being made jobless because of the push on clean energy and the destruction of ever mining coal ever again. And then the second reference is for "minors" and he references the minors on an island and he's talking about Epstein island as welk as the notion of child trafficking. When he speaks of those who don't anything to eat he then references fat people who somehow have the money and choice to buy crappy food and keep getting fat while others are starving - somehow, there are still people in this country of plenty going hungry. The only thing welfare should supply those who are on it is essentials for life - not treats and crappy foods. Us tax payers are allowing this to happen. It sure has changed since when I was a kid. But why?

This is a good song. A Resonator is a guitar with a metal resonator box. These are often used to play slide in both blues and bluegrass. I can't think of a good suggestion, but I'd love to see you react to some more songs with a resonator. Thanks for the reaction.
