I got the privilege of working at Spirit with Griff. He is a amazing person and so talented. The whole band Vended are amazingly talented artists. That was me I was so embarrassed I upset Simon! But I meant my comment as a genuine positive applause! Slipknot helped me so much with mental health. Now I see these boys breaking threw, and it gives me hope! Your hope is a valor to change, it's a gift, and I'm back to counting the stars. I like them. I remember when Griff and Simon first started to appear online practicing music, they were just young kids finding their way, there were quite a few hate comments, but I think that all it was was because they were coming from the Slipknot platform and you know it's understandable how people may react when they see kids just "not there yet", still very raw and unexperienced, getting privileged exposure to an established fanbase. But what people forget is that the support they have doesn't matter in the end if the result is great, meaning it's great that they have the support and more importantly, don't waste it.
So you guys, use the hate to level and ground yourselves but dont take it to the heart, build upon it. I can't wait to see more from you VENDED :) keep it up

Anyone else feels old af watching Griffin convey all the energy of this world including the one we lack? Asking for a friend.
Really impressed with these guys. Its how they've made shit work without having things handed to them. I believe their inclusion in Knotfest was the only thing Corey made sure to do for them. Otherwise their music will only get better. I hope Griffin and everyone else in the band don't look too much into negative press, maybe think about innovations to your sound but don't let haters steer the boat or you'll definitely crash. Either way I hope the best for them 🤘

No hate. I'm not a fan over slipknot, was when they first dropped but after Iowa they left my list.
I ran across them without knowing who they were and thought they were a slipknot cover band.
I mean this with no disrespect by any means. But I couldn’t get into this band. They seem rad people. I hope nothing but success. I definitely keeping my eye in this band seein where they go.

Well, I don’t see 9 members…but, I mean you’re right in terms of stage presence and the influence from their parents. You can definitely see similarities in Corey’s and Griffin’s vocals, sadly the Nu-Metal sound that all Slipknot fans love has died out…even though slipknot still uses the awesome depth of samples, Scratches and different percussionists…vended most likely won’t. I wish that slipknot would have people similar enough to slip into their shoes as performers and carry out their “legacy” but it just won’t happen with Vended. :(
@@SirSiegward Numbers of members of bands doesn't matter to me, if they can bring that energy, the fire, that metal mentality in the studio, on the stages they'll be at the level like Slipknot. They are just starting out, they got my attention a month ago, they got a good future ahead of them.

"Discussing their rapid rise" -> all thanks to daddy corey because if he wasn't his son THEY WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE. In this day in age, no dues are paid, it's just hand picked garbage who gets this and that. I honestly don't like the bands direction of music. Unimpressive. I say this not out of hate. I love Slipknot and I think Griffin and Simon are ok so so but geez, this popcore metal blows.
I think they’re somewhat talented there a couple songs I like of theirs. But man, they’re a shadow of their daddy’s talent. And it sure does cut corners for them. I like the way griffin sounds, but lyrically he lacks talent. It’s very basic, and ingenious especially when you have grown up in mansions because of your parents. The level of hardship and comparison to their dads journeys doesn’t translate for what I hear in the songs. I think griff needs to stop trying so hard to be a clone of his dad In copying his mannerisms, stage persona, and style. I just wanna see him be his own act, his own identity and to break away from the shadow of his dad.
