      I did that today! Altough the heaviest one we even tried was a 135lbs stone, it was fun as hell :)

    Very very good video especcially when you said hands a bit more forward but full contact with forearms, also squeeze shoulders back so not using biceps to mutch. 3rd great tipp was high hips and last great tipp for me was like squeeze chest together, when picking up the stone. At standing up i always feel my biceps and also triceps, dont know especcially why. Iam pulling the stone to my chest but i think because i have long arms and stone is small, the arms cant be straight. With bigger stones it will be maybe better

    does it make sense to use a powerlifting belt with atlas stones if one has disc problems and wants to maximize thoracic flexion while reducing lumbar flexion? if no, how to condition the spine to be ready to lift stones first?
