The driver was always more weird than the helmet. Its because he was a Canadian my best guess. He had THE worst color combination you would never want to see on a figure. At least they put "Persuader army green" on him.

we just came into a small treasure of gi joes and vehicles!!!! in wonerful condition! any ideas to find out what they are worth? were near whittier/ puente area
If you can identify all the items, then just check the selling prices on Ebay (use "completed sales" values and not "asking prices"). If you're having trouble finding the value you can also join a collector forum (like YoJoe or HISSTank) and ask some knowledgeable members there. Those collector forums are also sponsored by online vintage toy stores, so you can check values that way too.

Cool! These vehicles mostly came out after I stopped getting G. I. Joes as a kid, so they're new to me.
