      @abdullah poswal I'm sorry to hear that! I have chronic rhinitis too and lived my entire life with at least one sinus closed (most of time both side barely opened) and once I sneeze, I sneeze for 50+ times. I too visited doctors known for allergic rhinitis both the US and Korea but like you said, there seem to be no permanent treatment.
      But what I've done for few years now is to eliminate (or try to as much as I can) histamine releasing foods and see if I feel any different. This many take a while to see how your body reacts but trust me, it's worth the effort and time. Adjusting dietary habits seem to help and make sure to exercise! I've been going to the gym since high school and when I took 2 years off exercising, allergies seem to get worse. And when I started exercising again, allergic symptoms slowly went away. It's not permanent but the severity has definitely gotten low.
      I still get serious allergic reactions during seasonal change but keeping the two points I mentioned earlier seem to help me better each year. Hope this helps!

    A month ago, I had a food allergy. I woke up with a swollen face. I can barely open my eyes. Anti histamine medicine didn't help, it made me feel worst, made me feel nauseous and had a tummy ache. I resorted to boiling lemon, turmeric, garlic, black pepper, and added honey at the end to taste. Drank 3 cups. After 2 hours, the itching stopped. Had an oatmeal bath and made an oatmeal poultice for my face, the next day, my swollen face has gone down.

    Sore throat, sinuses pressure, stomach cramps, fatigue, frequent urination, headaches, etc. I was tested for throat infection, urinary tract infection, flu, chest x-ray, etc nothing, they're all negative. Could it be allergies? Could it be histamine intolerance? Anyone had the same symptoms? Every time I went to the doctor he prescribed me some vitamin D, because I had low levels of vitamine D. Lately I have been taking over the counter vitamine D3, but I have these symptoms for about a few weeks now. I just came across this video doing my own research, hoping desperately to find some answers. I had the same symptoms many times before.
    They go after a while.

    • @L214Fitness
      @L214Fitness  4 года назад +2

      Hey Ardit B, I'm no doctor but it sure does sound like those symptoms are results of your body trying to get rid of something negative within your system. I sincerely hope that it's not the C-word (with ends in 19), probably not since you have no fever. There are so many factors for getting and getting rid of allergies so the best I can tell you would be, and if one of family members had your symptoms, I'd recommend start with mild cardio, to accelerate sweating the toxins out, hot sauna/tubbing too. Hope you feel better, best wishes.

      Try a histamine reduction diet and see if that helps. Try H1 and H2 (histamine receptor blockers) and see if that helps. = Between the two with very little costs you will have your histamine answer.
      Quick test: Eat a can of tuna or any fermented meats. Fermented beverages like wine, beer, but a high protein ferment will be much worse (histidine amino acid converted to histamine). Fermented alcohol is bad for the histamine person because the liver is already behind on histamine conversion and you add another toxin like alcohol that also must be converted = can knock you out or put you asleep.
      What does your liver test look like = bad livers will give you fatigue, and your liver processes many chemicals. In a histamine person many just have poor liver histamine conversion, but non the less the liver is under stress. Bad/poor liver function test (very common test).

      Hey Seem Iz, I'm sorry to hear that but there are possibly thousands of reasons and causes for urticaria. It can from dietary, genetics, living conditions and or other health problems. I'd say go see a doctor to determine what's possibly causing the allergic reactions. Hope this helps and best wishes!

I’m on cyclosporine, xolair, allergy shots and prednisone plus I take a ton of antihistamines, and quercetin. It helps keeping things at bay but my life is really limited and restricted.

I can go outside to get the Mail and come back in. That’s it. No hanging around. When it cools off I can go outside but not under any trees. I’m a mess. I’ve tried juicing what I can have, all natural diets which I have to anyway, supplements etc. Nothing helps.

Allergic to house dust, dust mites and candida albicans.
      This happens due to migrating from one environment to another, change in quality of food and natural environment had major roleplay for such allergies.
      im sure uve have had ur allergy tests on regular basics, i do the tests quarterly to be at better functioning.
