A master wood and metal worker, and a Master artist making wood and metal into a piece of art. I am amazed at your ability and the beauty of the pieces of art that you produce. Thanks for sharing your talents in the process of creating art. You are the best.
Exceptional craftsmanship yet again! Of course, that comes as no surprise, as your skills and talent are phenomenal. Looking forward to your next project.
I love your work all these planes u make r beautiful. I noticed u have templates for your handle and sides with this one is there any chance u might want to share those with us. If not there was no harm in asking thanks again for sharing ur videos I for 1 love them
Love this video and wanted to suggest helping out future people not today born but a hundred years from now encountering and looking at this plane to know the identity of it's maker. Perhaps a maker's mark and serial number and location and date stamp? Certainly a work to be proud of. Seeing all the work and tooling that went into this makes me feel much better about plunking down two weeks wages to buy a plane; though still the time would be well spent even if I failed the first two tries trying to follow what you demonstrated in the video. With each project we get better and dues must be paid!
Curious minds always want to know: Who, What, When, Where, Why and How? In this case the Maker's mark is the "Who" and the Serial number is the "What" and the location is the "Where" and the date is the "When". Your youtube video is very much the '"How" and as for the "Why"? Hopefully someone who knows will explain. This master has an electric maker's mark and he knows vertical grain!吉野杉ぐい呑が出来るまで 京都紫野 桶屋近藤ruclips.net/video/0lDUwl08aEc/видео.html
I am suscribed for a long time, your work inspired me to make a plane. Well, the plane work fine, really fine. But i have a tool, a functional tool, and i am very happy, but is only a tool. Your planes are a little pieces of art. Thanks a lot for your work. (sorry if is difficult to read me, i am learning english now, and try to write whitout google translate)
Truly a functioning piece of art. How many hours would you say it takes you to build this type of plane? Love the work, and admire the time you put into sanding! Mark
hi, a very nice job, but it is not finished , what about the iron adjuster mechanism, you seem to have overlooked this very important part. the days of tap and knocking the iron are long gone, so let us see you complete the plane with a full iron adjuster.
very good and beautiful,,,,,I like it...My father was also very good hand planer maker and their whole life used their own made planers , mostly from them still in working order ........
yes I agree with you, if you like to see pictures of some asian version planers i can send you, if I know your f b id ,the handle is 100% same as your .Be happy.

염려해주셔서 감사합니다
더위에 건강 주의하시길바랍니다,
Sorry my English is not very good but as the blade retracts backwards and as it advances forward. hit with a hammer?
Did you design the plane around the blade+chipbreaker?
Also, is that IBC's "LIE-NIELSEN, QIANGSHENG, WOOD RIVER" type blade+chipbreaker?
There is a fine line between aesthetics and ergonomics... is there a reason why you sometimes round the grip, and other times leave it mostly squared?
beautiful plane.. I want one..
Quisiera que todas las publicaciones estén en español grracias
How would one get you to commission or sell one of these beautiful planes to them?
I'm sorry, I will not sell,
Просто молодец, где находишь время свободное.+++

Очень Красиво! Спасибо!
Beautiful Master 10/10
