Every company gets told extremely clearly that I review and don’t demo! This is highlighted in the emails and I stress it in conversations. They know what they are buying from me.
Fluff talked about product launches. I talked about getting paid and staying honest despite of it. I’ll have a separate video about product launches coming up. Thanks for picking up the topic!
Sales can be tracked with trackable links and we use those. Either give us a link to your direct store or we can show you sales at Thomann etc. YT is trackable if done right.
"THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!" Sorry, I got inspired by the episode to do a typical youtuber-product-release-video title 😁 You guys cleared up the situation very well 💚🙏 For the record: I liked Frank's video on the Tone Master Pro a lot. I thought that the concept of "did I keep it? did I send it back? And here's why" was fresh, captivating and informative.
Some RUclipsrs gush about every product, though. They are total shills. I do think that is more common in the Synth YT space, than the guitar space … but it happens in both …
Hmmm… nope. If someone just plays that’s fine! No problems But if you say you are just doing a demo and you talk about it and say “I like the weight” you have automatically made a positive statement and then the video should also have what you don’t like. If you only play you avoid that and that’s fine.

That’s correct. In essence though, both topics lean into the same sort of major topic, which is trust and being genuine about the content.

Haha, "Should you buy the new…???" 😉
Im so tired of the mkt trends and magical reviews with titles like THIS IS THE ONE, etc. I much prefer smaller channels.

How about, instead of leaving comments every 10 minute mark, we invite you to the podcast and talk about it? 😉😬
@@ToneLoungePodcastwell where’s the fun in that? But yeah, sure!
Oh - you’re aiming/striving to get over 2 hours per episode … ? Why?!
Where did we say that?
