My age is 45 years.and b9dy bt us 80 kg..height 5 feet 10 inches.. tg always remain in between 160 to 180. Rest all ok. Sir Pls suggest about these suppliments
Supplements are not essential, if you are consuming a healthy diversified diet( you may see our video made for this purpose titled "kya khaye aur kya na khaye") As far as harm is concerned, I don't think these will cause harm unless any product is laced with steroids. That research you may do for yourself.

Ab mujhse mere ek mitra jo khud neuro doctor hein jor de kar kah rahe hein ki jitna jaldi ho sake bypass surgery karwa lo . Umr 55 years, diabetes bhi hai . Bypass surgery ki cost janana chah raha tha .🙏
Stenting abhi 20 din pahle hi huyi hai . 2.5×48mm , des premier stent. Kya mere liye bypass karwana ek better option hoga ? Tatha LAD bhi bypass ho jayegi n stent hone ke baad bhi? ...
