that was basically a reference to Malcolm Allen,Barry twin that was sperated from Barry at berth,and was given to the thawnes,and in the cw's universe/multiverse, he'd be Edward(Eddie) thawne,and in the comics he was also known as Cobalt blue,a villain simallaer to Mr.freeze or killer frost,and even though Earth 1's Eddie thawne is dead,there could be another Earth were Eddie is Cobalt blue, possibly Earth 2,or maybe Earth 19,that would mean him and h.r. have a connection,maybe Cobalt blue tried to kill h.r. but then h.r. got Harry's message and was chosen to take the place of Harry on Earth 1,knowing the team wouldn't ecsept a version of Harrison Wells that was stupid,so he pretended to be someone he's not,but he knew it was the only way to escape Cobalt blue, depending on who the season 5 Villain, which will probably be Godspeed, Cobalt blue could brought to Earth 1 by Godspeed,and starts looking for h.r., and eventually figured out h.r. died,and blamed Barry and Iris, because h.r. only sacrificed himself to save Iris,and if it wasn't for Barry savitar probably wouldn't have been season 3's villain(it could have been Daniel West/reverse flash from new 52,now I only say that because that would be really cool), anyways,Cobalt blue would've have tried to kill harry,just to make him feel like he killed h.r. but in reality he didn't, and probably would've tried to kill Iris, just to get revenge on Barry/flash,but would probably(most likely) failed,and sent back to his Earth, this would also be a good time for us to see more of acceleratorated man, seeing as how he is the flash of Earth 19,it would be fitting to see him and Cobalt blue go toe-to-toe in an epic battle.
This is the Barry that I wanna see on the show, all the drama and shit going down ruins the fact that the Flash is always quipping and messing around because of how fast he thinks
