Really enjoyed your review! I love pocket fixies! I’m honestly gravitating towards them more than folders anymore. Also , give yourself a little grace ! You’re doing fine , I’m sorry to hear about your loss!
Yes you were an influence, on my purchasing one these kizers. I love it ! keep up the good work, great video.....On another note never heard of murder oak, but makes since.
@@WhatsthePOINT_EDChey man. I watched a bunch of your videos on the white rive firecraft 3.5. Do you still like it and recommend it? I was thinking about grabbing a 3v or Magnacut model
I have the 154cm version and I love it so much. I'm actually looking into buying a 3v so I can strip the coating off and put my scales on it. I can't find that black on black model
Seems like a very similar spec and price to the Sixleaf SL32 which I recently acquired. The Sixleaf box is a clean burner; plain brown cardboard with a small rubber stamped SL32 on one flap. This Kizer looks like it has a better handle for man hands. People give you a hard time for knocking down the shoulders?! Philistines!!!
@@peterbiltknifeguy oh yes, you're terrible: and the worse PBKG sharpens it the better it cuts. More's the pity! Look, liner locks and chef's knives, ok - but how how you take a choilless tactical brick and make it cut a freestanding kitchen towel roll beats us all and anyway it simply isn't right. Just total hubris thinking you know bevelling better than the manufacturers. Thank goodness the coffee is strong this morning, I think I have done an excellent job of clarifying the errors in your sharpening practice.
Nice video brother. Great steel choice as well. For me, it would make a perfect backup blade... I will have to check it out. I absolutely enjoy watching you putting blades to the test, and although I collect many knives, I have a rather large user rotation. I will add that proper knife maintenance will add years to your gear... just curious... what do you do to maintain the knives, sheaths and attachments? What materials and products do you prefer to use? Keep up the awesome work, and may I respectfully say, you make your old man proud from the way you carry yourself... from these videos... and by just being true to yourself. Keep up the great work 😎👍🇺🇲
Good to have you back! Nice knife choice too. I'm a sucker for these nice, pocket fixies.
I’m really beginning to be. Thank you
same man! I only have 3 pocket fixies and more folders than that. I feel like I’d rather add to the pocket fixed collection !
Looks like a very handy cutter. Kizer makes some really fine knives..thanks for the show and tell!
