  • The Kizer Smolt is an affordable fixed blade knife in 3V made by Kizer. It's a great EDC (Everyday Carry) option that could be used for pocket carry or on the belt.
The handle is made from G10 with a Micarta inlay, giving the knife a solid grip while also looking great.
The Kizer Smolt is one of the most affordable fixed blade knives in 3V, while still having a great design and being easy to carry.

Very nice knife and review! Did you notice on Amazon they have a 154cm version for $65? It doesn't have the paint, and normally I like black knives but imho that version is gorgeous! Furthermore, have you seen the Swiss Tech fixed blades walmart has? Specifically the Haltbar and Stahlern; they're both 4' blades, so a little bigger than the Smolt here, but considerably cheaper around $40.

I really like 154 so i'll have to look into that more.
I actually just saw those knives at Walmart a few hours ago. Walmart also has that Benchmade Bugout knockoff for about $20. I really want to figure out who is making those and if the quality is halfway decent
