    Thanks. I got a volvo and mine was frozen in neutral. When I got the transmission out I couldn't push the slave in. This is the only video that shows how easily it the slave can be pushed in. Mine unfortunately was frozen. Thanks.

    I have the same transmission and I just replaced everything from the flywheel to the transmission and i can't get full clutch pressure. Any ideas?

    So any seals that would fail or bearing failure on a non concentric slave would still require removal of the transmission it seems. Is that correct?
    Seems like leaking fluid would damage the "slave cylinder" bearing on a concentric slave as easily as it would on an external slave cylinder with a fork.

    What does the piston look like? Is it possible to see it or is it completely surrounded? What, exactly does it press on?

    Hello, thanks for the video. I have Fiat Bravo 2 1.6 multijet 105hp. From 1-2 weeks I have an issue with the clutch - when I am going on first and reverse gear the car is vibrating and annoying rasping sound is heard on the front of the car. Sometimes I am not even able to shift the gears and when I turn off the car and pump the clutch and then the car start shifting and driving off without vibrations. Could it be a problem with the clutch release bearing? Or because of old brake fluid and air in the system? Thanks in advance!

    Is ta csc is leaking brake fluid under the transmission sir?

    Should the slave be dry all throughout? Mine has alittle bit of fluid behind the surface that pushes on the pressure plate.

      If there is enough fluid to drip, it should probably be replaced.

    Hi great video thanks. can you show how to check the slave cylinder when its out in your hand? I have the gearbox out and I put a finger on the in pipe and press the bearing in and then it show resistens. Im not sure now if i did this for nothing😂 I have change the headcylinder first. So? Now im stuck

      The most common issue is leaks. Sounds like yours moves freely. If it doesn't look like it was leaking, you should be good.

    Sticking clutch pedal....can this internal slave be guilty of not fully returning?

    • @outofthebox50
      @outofthebox50  2 года назад

      Possibly. More likely to be air in the system which could come from the slave or the master. Check the firewall for trickling fluid or bubbling paint and check bell housing for dripping fluid.

      Hey just force the spring and now Its active moving.I've been having a big struggle getting this transmission back on. Maybe this was the problem.
