That looks really good, I love almond milk. I always keep a nut milk bag in the kitchen to make cold brewed coffee. Put ground coffee in a nut milk bag and use it like a tea bag. Let it steep in a pitcher of water for around 24 hours and you have great cold brewed coffee. I like to add ice and make ice coffee in the summer, and some of your vanilla and cinnamon almond milk would be the perfect addition. Yum! On a warm evening like tonight, you could even add a shot or two of Kahlúa!

My family will just use a gallon mason jar as out store before pouring it into coffee containers through a filter for that. We just set a filter on a small strainer to hold it and then pour.
Cold brew coffee will also taste much better if you grind it first and let those steep for 16-17 hours. Anything more will start to make it start to lose its flavor.

It would be best to soak and then take the skin off the almonds. Healthier

You could probably use the 'waste' as flour or a paste, rich in fiber and protein.

Nice ingredients. I would like measurements. A little bit of this and that doesn't help me a whole lot.
