My RJO is being delivered by Dan to The Cottages at Pine in Alabama today. So excited I couldn't sleep. Dan is great. Cheapest, safest, insured, and just wonderful to deal with. Stay safe Mom. Enjoy your trip.

We’re in the Forrest in an 8x20 incredibox, that inside we Pella taped all the seams to seal them. Next applied shiplap and window trim to walls. That being said, 90 degrees plus and most of day only 2 turbo fans on medium w/1 in each loft area. A/C on a few hrs to initial cool off. These are great!! ❤😂🏡😅Mrs.Smith you will ❤️your electric bills super low. Congratulations 🥳
It’s 111* here in Quartzsite Arizona today and I’m so great full and so comfortable in my tiny. 8x16 the solar with 2 batteries is keeping me cool with a small window air conditioner 450 watts. However, if I had kids running in and out it probably wouldn’t be quit so nice!😂😂 thank you Randy and Amanda for thinking outside the box! ❤❤❤
You should use the horizontal wall hanging water heaters and put it on the wall above the toilet on the wall. I have one in a tiny house and love it. I sent details to Brian about where to get them. They are also less expensive than the 19 gallon water heaters and you can pay a little more for an extended warranty and still be cheaper.
But please don't take my comments wrong. A home and to not be homeless is such a blessing. With that said, congratulations to whoever this is going to. Enjoy it.
I would like to suggest that the water heater always be placed next to the 3-drawer cabinet unit and the washer/dryer connection be placed to the left of the water heater. This setup seems more efficient to me. Love your tiny homes!
The goodwill you guys share with your RUclips audience is priceless. You put a smile on my face with each video. Thank you! (Greetings, from Austin, Texas!) 💗💗 [Oh, and the ideas you are incorporating into the houses/the homes is fun to see. Good job, ITH!]
It would be cool to have the large window raised a bit and extend the base to do what Amanda mentioned about making it into a bed. You could make it a single bed and then have either 2 recliners or a reclining love seat as your tv area. Just a thought.
I loved the video! Keep up this positive energy! It's awesome! Love y'all! Congratulations B. Smith on your beautiful home! Happy Birthday Dan's momma! 🎉 Have a beautiful, blessed night. 🙏
I am soooo glad to see a bathroom door! It’s good to see if one is economically challenge that one can still have the basic dignity of privacy. Also thrilled to see a bathroom sink. It’s a Beautiful home! 🏡😊
when Buffalo Creek gets done yall will have two cottages plues add-a- cottages going in over there my brother and myself can't wait for that to happen so looking forward to getting our homes, this RV is way to small for the two of us I'm over sleeping in my recliner so ready for a bed.
The BREEZEWAY idea to connect the Add-a-Boxes is an excellent idea. It would be quicker, more efficient and require less damage to the roof lines where connected. Also it is more forgiving if there is a level change between the 2 units. You could make a BREEZEWAY connector kit that is much easier for the owner to self install. You also would not have to remove external vents and windows that might be in the way where the 2 units meet. It would also allow for more opportunities to orient the units, as the roof lines are not touching.
Love y’all!! I love your voice Amanda!!! I think you can start an addition to ITH strictly dealing with after care aesthetics. You could have a sector that does the exterior upgrades, and also have one for the interior. These are all upsells and the customers want customization. You guys just revolutionized this industry.
Dan & Momma = WHOLESOME!♡ Just great folks involved with ITH! I love every single person & look forward to meeting you all when i get my ITH dream come true, very soon!❤
Very nice home B. Smith! I like the extra side cabinet for the water heater. ❤ Lol Randy napping over there with Ace! 7'4......... then I'm an amazon😂 Oh my goodness Tody for the body. 🎉 It's never a dull moment with yall.
Hope the weather is great for Dan and his Momma in Washington State. Come to Richmond Beach, WA and enjoy the Sea and lunch in Edmonds, WA and watch the ferry.
A bay window that, when finished, would accommodate a twin sized bed would be a practical upgrade to your tiny homes. Size the picture window about one foot above the base to allow for the mattress height. I am personally waiting for a 10` x 24' incredibox to roll out.
How can the quality improve when you fired 2/3 of the builders? More efficient? Sounds like you are putting too much work on the employees that you kept. 😮

I've saved enough to buy the tiny house (still trying to decide between incredibox 2.0 or american dream with gable roof) with the amenities I want. However, I'm still saving since I'm going to be needing money to finish it. I was trying to figure out how SIPs are painted, but all the info I saw was on OSB board which this is obviously not. Does anyone know a quality, long-lasting way to paint these? (I'm interested in both interior and exterior options.) Also, since these houses don't have studs, can you still add wall-mounted tv, pictures, and/or shelved to the walls? I'm so happy to have found Incredible Tiny Homes since I've been thinking about living in a tiny home for about 10 years and these are the only people I found who can deliver a turn-key tiny home solution (I don't want to worry about the trailer, shell, wiring, plumbing, insulation, major fixtures, or adding walls) at an affordable price. Since I move every few years for work, I really want a place to call my own, but a traditional home just doesn't work for my circumstances. Plus, I've found that by getting rid of excess stuff, I spend a lot less time cleaning/organizing and have a lot more time to enjoy hobbies or spend with family/friends. If all goes well, I'll be able to be living the life I want by the end of next year. :)
I love this price of the tiny home. I would add a door so I could let my dog out to go potty. Another add on, is I would prefer a queen size murphy bed on the same level. I work from home so I need the space for my desk which is on wheels. The question I have is IF I get SOLAR, if there is no electricity (say the grid goes down) will the SOLAR work WITHOUT electricity?
sorry if i missed this part, can those walls inside and out be painted to try and cover up the nails/screws? is painting it something ITH would do, or would the buyer do that afterwords on their own?
Need to slide sink and window towards living room and ad a floor to ceiling Randy Rack Pantry against the wall of the shower...magic!!! And put an on demandvwater heater under the sink! Doable?
....and much less quality! (used travel trailers). I've gotten into watching several of the travel trailer nomads this year (just to enjoy their scenery and experiences), but a couple of them have had their rigs be in the shop more than on the road, and several have just downsized to living in a van cuz it's way less hassle. The actual construction in an RV just doesn't seem very durable (unless it's one of those monster pricey ones).
Excellent! What if the solar could be installed in a house already waiting to be taken away. I’m not sure 🤔 if I can afford it so I guess I will inquire with co-construct
Y’all crack me up I live in Fairbanks Alaska. I’m still wishing I could have a tiny home. God bless me. I have a nice apartment. I’m still dreaming. I’m never gonna give up the dream.

I can't help it though, looking at this from the one end kinda looks like a caboose . LOL. It did. Paint it a rustic red and from that end a cute caboose.😂😅
They did a "caboose style house" both Amanda and Randy delivered the house in NY. I think that's when their video popped up into my RUclips suggested list. Ever since then, I'm hooked😂😂❤❤
I am so enjoying watching these Hines come to life. Am so excited that one of these will be mine!!! I do have an observation, question I guess. Can the outlets under the bay window be on the side wall or closer to them?
I want a stock off grid 24' Incredibox minus the end window. That's the perfect place for a Murphybed/couch combo. Is the extra 4' and minus the window doable for the new assembly line?

Ms B. Smith's decision to put the cabinet on the water heater ... brilliant 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

This is so awesome because you can slowly customize it as you have the funds. Love this!

Shocking that so many people were let go. Two thirds of the work force let go gives this company a black eye! ! 😮

Good that folks are still seeking to establish small housing. In the same breath, look at all the used travel trailers out there for much less cost.
These tiny homes will hold up better, long term. If you don't like constant repairs, a well built tiny home is best.
....and much less quality! (used travel trailers). I've gotten into watching several of the travel trailer nomads this year (just to enjoy their scenery and experiences), but a couple of them have had their rigs be in the shop more than on the road, and several have just downsized to living in a van cuz it's way less hassle. you could take a used RV camper, set it up, and have a wooden shed over it to protect the roof. Granted, your county codes may not allow it
I wanted to put 3 cottages together but need a lot big enough. That is one of my back up plans if Southern Heights doesn't happen.
Is the farm style sink standard?
Excellent! What if the solar could be installed in a house already waiting to be taken away. I’m not sure 🤔 if I can afford it so I guess I will inquire with co-construct
