It's a fun lens, it's easy, it's fast and it can replace your body cap which is great, it does cost $70 though, which is way more than a lens cap. It can however reproduce the kodak disposable camera look on your digital camera which is great and very unique.

I recently purchased a dispo cap lens for my a7iii . . . It’s one of the most fun and rewarding lens I have used recently. It also lens really cool when you use it for video, it gives it a vintage vibe as well.
It’s such a no brainer type of lens. I love it 👊

They are so cool, they remind me of better times. Great fun lens to have instead of the lens cap, will do wonders in Vegas 🤘🏻
Haha! The photos look really cool! I always liked and I still do like the film/vintage look on video and photos. Was surprised of the sharpness of the lens! I think some portraits would look amazing with this lens, with the blurry and distorted corners.
I’ve tried so many different types of “vintage” lenses on my digital cameras, but none of them perform like this. The DispoLens really does make you feel that the shots coming out of it are authentically oldschool. Fun lens!
@@PhillipSkraba There are a few lenses that claim that, yes! :)) But I really like the simplicity of this one and like I said, the quality is really good, I was surprised!
The quality coming out of this lens is not bad .
It has a very cool look to it, and it’s so care free, a ton of fun 🎉

@@PhillipSkraba Manual. But I tried different settings but still doesn’t take pictures. I have a Canon R6 II. Were you able to just put the lens on and it just worked?
Yes, I put the camera in manual, and it works fine. Maybe you need to set take photos with no lens attached?

I’m not sure what you mean by that.
I think you’re taking “disposable” too literally here. The lens will last forever, as long as you take care of it.
