Help my scooter has green, black, red, gray, orange. The new throttle LCD and has red, black, green, blue and yellow. Red to red, black to black green to green...... gray and orange? And blue and Yellow?
some wires have different colors.how will you know if tnat is the case? say, the black is green, and the white is violet? because some Chinese controllers and throttle wires have different colors.since maybe they don't have colors available and so they use any colors they have. And user cannot guess what the color is for?
I have a controller. And on the controller is a jst-sm 4 pin connector for both the brakes and the throttle together. 2 are for the brakes and that leaves 2 more pins which are of course for the throttle. But, the throttle has 3 pins. Could it hurt my bike if I switch the pins around until I find which pin goes where ?
Oh man I should have watched your video before I cut the wire and soldered it and my finger earlier today. I was sure there was a way to remove the connector pins. I was pushing it down with a twizzer but firmly enough.

I ask you about it and you just say you'll amend the description!?!? What about me? So then I finally fit the kit and it doesn't even work! I message you again and you still do not reply! Now I have seen this video, I'm hoping that this is the issue, as I did notice the wires being different colours to each other. So I'm hoping that when I go and look at the bike and try to put it right using this video as a guide, then I'll be able to get over it. I've been experiencing extremely dangerous episodes of the motor not stopping as soon as I turn the throttle , related to high humidity conditions ! I think it's because the humidity increases conductivity of the hall sensors in the throttle . can you recommend a good throttle ? I think the manufacturers are going to have to make them water proof. I experienced the same issue with a different throttle , battery and controller. just using the bike after a rain storm is enough to cause the issue. We must have a throttle will a switch to cut power ! ☠️ Also stop using hot glue on the Hall sensors ! It melts were I live ! And make the throttle not Fall apart so easy , and they need to be made with softer grips or made to accept normal grip's.☠️
Please, what is the name , and maker, of the black clip connector - and where can it be bought (in UK if possible). Would you also know if there is such a connector, or case, to protect it from the elements?
my controller is unmarked and took me alot of learning to see whats what. my throttle cable from the harness is only 2 pin but shows 3 pin through juliet connectors and then connects to a 3 pin on controller. something going on with my throttle or a short. as soon as i plug my throttle wire in it runs at a very slow speed and brakes doesnt stop it i can also fully throttle up but the brakes just fight to keep it running.
My controller does not have a Throttle wire. I get my 5 volt from an Led light cable. And the Throttle wire is together with other 3 wires. I have a swagtron 5

Thanks for the video….my throttle seems like it’s on cruise control….it won’t fully power down until I’m in 0 mode….I finally got brake regen to work’ bad connectors’ I Disabled peddle assist….the steal bomber with 27.5 inch rims is simply too fast….I hit over 60mph within 3secs….it also wants to lift the front tire off the ground when you accelerate….feels like a damn roller coaster going down hill. I don’t know if I’m killing my hub motor….because it says 3000w but at full speed I’m pulling 11k KW Battery and speed controller puts out 80AMPS….when it comes to speed 72v with 80amp BMS is fast on a larger tire stealth bombe….now I understand. A 20inch tire is good on acceleration but requires a person to keep pushing it before it hits over 60mph….I was gonna go with a 150amp 72v battery and a 150 amp Savoton…..but no way! Very very dangerous….even on a heavy stealth bomber frame 102 pounds is the weight with the battery.

I recently took my controller apart and the blue wire is ignition. And the Throttle wire is white. The board has most of them marked

The brake and ground on the throttle are a common(shared).3 wire for throttle 1 for the brake

You can always cut wires andput them together.
