Either way it looks like a nice render model Pyongyang is a nice city I agree, It’s sad to see people eat less there for what ever reason, North Korea struggles to build because they can’t get fertilisers or the amount of diesel you’d need to farm with tractors. But it would be great if DPRK does build a high speed rail network, but there is one problem with it. Many countries that want to build high speed rail network, let the Japanese and the Chinese companies to compete for the project, which reduces the cost. In the case of DPRK, China is the only country whom they can rely on. So it makes China to not give concessions. And consider the fact that DPRK is sanctioned completely from the dollar system. So there is this payment issue. If Yuan gets much more stronger than in the coming years, there is a definitely a bright chance that DPRK will approve the high speed rail project.
