(RARE) NIR 4000 Class DMU 4001 in the parcels siding at Belfast Central / Lanyon Place. 14/8/24

- NIR 4000 Class DMU 4001 is seen making a rare appearance in the parcels siding at Central while on driver training duties.
Now days the parcels siding is normally only used to stabled Tampers , Road Rail Excavators and (Sometimes) The Ballast Train with a 111 Class GM.
I saw 4001 doing the same thing at Lanyon Place yesterday! I couldn't video it though because I was on a train.

@@Polterspook619 It's current drivers that are being trained as they are learning the new track & infrastructure layouts around the area of Grand Central Station.
I thought the Lisburn line was closed still
It is to passenger traffic but driver training is now taking place.
