Bought it because it's basically a swiss army knife of modulation tones. Some are more dull than others. Some are gimmicky , some are useful. I was basically all about the first 6 settings. It's a cheap introduction into modulation. When you figure out what works, get a better pedal that does that sound. 40 bones is a fair tasting bottle of bourbon but you can't get what basically is a multieffect pedal for this kind of money. Get two or three to stack the effects.
Great pedal. All usable effects except the lo fi. Better than the donner mod square (weak phaser, no auto wah either). Selling for $50-$60 now due to inflation. Found one used on ebay for $35.
Nice vid guys! I just got one and it seems to run a little warm on my 9v 100mA or 9v 500 mA isolated supply? Didn't know if because so much jammed into small enclosure.. does sound good though-
Thanks for your kind words. We did not encounter our pedal running hot. We did test it with a few power supplies. It is a small enclosure so maybe there is something to that. Thanks for sharing your experience here, it is helpful to others considering this pedal.
An interesting finding: I got this pedal recently because I had a Joyo Vision and liked its Rotary effect to the point of becoming essential to my present tone, but I was hardly using any of the other 17 presets so I wanted something cheaper and smaller. Put both side by side for testing, and initially the Flamma couldn't fit the bill at all... Until I found out that the Flamma's Vibrato is the Vision's Rotary, and vice-versa.
I have this pedal, but it doesn't turn on when I leave the power cable connected to my pedal board power supply. I have to disconnect and reconnect the power to get it to turn on.
We did test that a little and it worked pretty well. Not made for bass, but if you want to explore these types of modulation effects we think that you will enjoy this.
Great video! All sounds can be totally usable if you make it useable. Got one question though. Does this have that annoying volume boost or tone loss as you decrease the "mix" knob like in the case of my Rowin Modstation? I place it after my gain/overdrive pedals I dunno what I'm doing wrong.
Great question. We could not find any reference and it did not specifically remind us of anything. It is a really interesting sound and a pedal like this (cheap, small, and with multiple effects) is a great way to have this sound on your board.
Very interesting Pedal Guys, I'm not against it, I just wonder if they make it in XXL so a big man/no offense to U Fella's are my folks but I'm not a real heavy man, just have Big Hands & Worked out a lot as younger man so 270lbs 11.5 4E shoe so it's a super starter pedal but I got to have something that is more Beefy yes/No, Yes find, No for my use But I would like to see some of their big boy affects Stompbox, Merry Christmas & God Bless S & S!🎄🎅🤘🎸🤠
The mini pedal format can be a blessing and a curse for sure. It is nice to get more on your pedalboard, but it can make it trickier to get to no matter the shoe size. We do have some big boy boxes coming soon.
All mod fx with too much rate, and you both are very unnatural endorsers. My favorite pedals: boss CE2 and boss PH2. "You can do it in the mix" "It's like a jungle sometimes" huhuha
I bought this pedal used (just to play around), and after 3 moths sold ot further. For me the sound was too "digital" or kind of "artifical". The Chtorus, Phase effects (why I where looking for in this pedal) sounded owful. My found here where pretty decent AutoWah, and that fancy Strut effect. My rating: this is good for the begiiner, who can not make his mind what effects do he needs. So to play around and find what sounds good, and then later spend more $$$ on few REAL pedals for each effect. Or, jus to have this pedal as backup, just in case if going to gig, and some effect pedal has broken.

Great input @Jimijaz, thanks!
For under $30 bucks, this is really nice pedal. I default it to termolo, although it wasn't what I thought I'd wind up doing.
Thanks for your comment. It is a cool pedal.

Thanks for sharing your experience and info. We appreciate you being part of the dialog here.
i hadn't even thought about that smiths' thing, very neat, i have the pedal , lots of variety, easy quick rotary effect, thanks for review.

Great insight! Thanks for sharing it with the community here.
Sean D almost busted into a Jack Black-style power ballad at 3:19!!
Indeed he did. Nice!
Autowah with low speed sounds nice
That is a good setting, very usable.

That is good info for someone considering this pedal. Thanks for sharing that experience here.
I have flamma reverb mini pedal and it does exactly the same thing ...so it's about flamma
You need at least a 9V 150mA power supply otherwise it will disconect.
How will this work on a bass?
We did test that a little and it worked pretty well. Not made for bass, but if you want to explore these types of modulation effects we think that you will enjoy this.
will it work on a keyboard?
Yes it should work fine for keys/ synth.
@ thank you ,just bought one at good price.Thanx nice vid

hi, does anyone know what pedal the liquid effect is emulating? sounds good to me lol

Ho, it's on the ballpark of the sample/hold effect. :)
Hey Sean, where did you find this Sean dude? (Is he cool?)
All No Fear Gear Seans are cool. The more Seans the better! 🤣
You guys should demo a tuner ... hint .... hint ....
Wow
Please, tune the guitar before making demos.......
Dude relax it is damn close you dork
I like the F sharp tuning lol
Its sounds so good but it have some delay when you tap to activating the pedal

I own this pedal and it works for me. But Dude!!! Tune your guitar next time! You hurt my ears 😮

That guitar is out of tune, wtf
Ring modulation is the worst
It just depends on how you use it. 🤣 Sean thanks for helping us showcase this little pedal.
