Thanks for an honest review. I often have similar experiences with foundation...good points but some that just don't make me happy. I don't tend to like a full coverage foundation. I have mature skin that leans to the dry side and I find less coverage looks better. On the other hand, I am so excited about the Tower 28 contour. Getty is just what I have been looking for. I am going to order it as soon as I post this. 😁❤️

I think the foundation looked really pretty on u with the 1 layer on the beauty blender side! I bet it'll work well for u over the summer when u don't want something to glowy & uve got more of a tan so the color will match better! U looked beautiful as always 😍 the bronzer is so pretty too!
I tried it again and added less. It looked better and gosh.. this foundation DOES NOT MOVE!! I am so impressed with the longevity!!

How do you feel about Tower28 (Getty) in comparison with MakeupByMario’s Enhancer?
The tower 28 is a Matte Bronzer, the enhancer has a glowy finish to it. The color and the texture are quite different. For me the enhancer is more for no make up make up kind of look, but the tower 28 can be used even with heavier make up because it is more pigmented.
Thank you for review. As compared to the original estee lauder double wear is this the same? Better? Worse? They have similar claims
Gosh, I haven’t used the Ester Lauder in years, so I feel like I am not qualified to compare them. From what I remember Estee Lauder was much dryer and I was never able to really use it because of that!
Maybe you can do another video trying other stuff and use this foundation in a lighter manner and see if you like it.
I will keep trying this foundation and let you guys know how it goes!
Wow this foundation and shade look good on you! You look very "alive" if that makes sense. I will have to check it out for myself. The contour looks great as well. I wasn't interested at all, but now I am. Ha.
I have been using this foundation more and it lasts so so well. At the end of the day it looks better than when I applied it!

Are you talking about the stick or the enhancer? Compared to the enhancer it’s more neutral/warm in tone ( the mario one is more cool tone neutral ), and the texture is quite different. The Mario one is lighter and more glowy, the tower28 dries down matte unlike the enhancer.

I just want a long lasting foundation that - works well with my dry skin, doesn't age me, feels nice and looks lovely - I don't think it's too much to ask for 😅
I'll be passing on this because it doesn't do enough to make me spend $69. I think this would work great with combination and oily skin, unfortunately my dry skin would look horrible 😕
The Tower 28 bronzer looks amazing, at last a bronzer that works with olive undertones!! For me, anything too golden or too red looks wrong. Perhaps brands think that we don't actually bronze (instead we just go tanned), therefore, we don't need a bronzer - just a thought 🤔

They are not the same. Chanel is much warmer and Mario is more cool tone. I did swatch some bronzers next to the tower28 in the video

Quick question: I thought contour was supposed to be a cooler shade and bronzer was a warmer, separate shade color. What are your thoughts about a 2 in one then? Thanks!

I like the YSL better around my pores! But I like the finish of the Gucci. Honestly, the Givenchy Prism Matte is my go to full coverage foundation. Just stunning!!
