2nd Q: can I limit their access? for example, they can only export their data while an admin can export the whole data of all employees?

Our client infrastructure does not give us any share folder... So then how i can make it centerlized so ms access db can be updated on real time..

Thanks for your appreciation! You can use this while working on other workbook after making a minor change. Just remove the real-time summary which is getting refreshed after some certain time.

Hi Good day! Really amazing template. I am havinng a difficulty when I tried to logout on the following day. Let's say my timeshift is 8PM to 5AM, login was fine it records it but when I tried to logout at 5AM it crashes and it was reset again to login. I am a librarian. I would like to use your database for keeping a track of all the users visiting my library and the amount of time they spend in the library. I have all users data in Excel. All users have barcoded ID card. They will scan their IDs every time they move in or out of the library.

Sure, please see the below mentioned code. Suppose you want to assign cell A1 value available on sheet1 to TextBox1 in a form or sheet then you can use the below code.
TextBox1.value=sheet1.range("A1"). value

How many concurrent users can use this at the same time... how many users it can cater to and what latency is expected if the records cross 30 to 60 thousand rows
It can handle at least 200 simultaneous users or even more than that. Latency will be totally based on Network drive and system speed. Thanks!
