But can we automatically switch status based on date.
e.g. show "Delayed" if production has not completed within the given delivery time or show "In progress" if the date has not surpassed the delivery date.

The serial number formula didn’t work for me. We have different column number. Yours was b5 mine was c5. after just changing the column number press enter it showed 1 right away even if I didn’t yet type the first task on d5. then when I type another task on the next row it didn’t automatically show the #2 serial number. How can I fix that?
