    Nit picking here- when you say Corey “replaced the singer of Slipknot” you are technically correct but essentially EVErything you’ve heard from Slipknot has always been Corey. Anders was only in the band when they were a 7 piece band and they recorded their self funded/produced Mate Feed Kill Repeat album which only saw very limited release as it was not with any major record label. Everything commercially released is post Anders with Corey and the final 9 man lineup that lasted until Paul sadly passed and then Joey and the band parted ways. You have to actively go looking for cuts that feature Anders unless you’re lucky like me and bought a copy of MFKR on eBay lol

    • @Patrick-857
      @Patrick-857 3 года назад

      He's a highly unusual vocalist. Most heavy screamers are using fry screams or false chord growls. He's actually using his voice in those Slipknot songs. He's actually shouting, same as James Hetfield before he wrecked his voice and had to learn to sing differently. The difference being Cory Taylor managed to keep doing it consistently without wrecking his voice. It's absolutely insane that he can do that for a whole show.

      I am very much a wide ranged metal boy. But the heavier stuff really does not seem like her thing. She's a SINGING coach. Much respect. People don't realize that the closest thing to heavy metal is actually classical music in terms of time signatures ,song structure, Arpeggios ect.
