    I rarely comment anything, but when a guy get infront of a crowd and deliver his information as relaxed and spot on as he does on youtube. Then I have to give him props! It atleast gives me the confident, that he is the real deal, and not just a internet coach.
    Great "seminar" Mike and thanks for all your content! Much appreciated!

    Lifting is a skill, strength is the measure of ur skill, if u stop looking at squatting, benching, or deadlifting as something u muscle and as something u master, it changes the game

    • @misevibre
      @misevibre 7 лет назад

      You're a good lifter Roy, and I do think some people don't look at lifting as a skill enough but... ''lifting is a skill, strength is the measure of ur skill'' is too much, sorry xD

    • @mattoniy2840
      @mattoniy2840 6 лет назад +1

      It's not an accurate measure of your skill based on the plethora of variables that affect strength. I completely agree but I think you can be very skilled without insane strength

    I just reached 265 lbs in squats for 1x5. I believe that i can do 3x5 however my squat rack doesn't have any safety bars and therefore i am not pushing myself to the limit because i'm afraid that i won't be able to lift the weight. Are there anyway to keep progressing without safety bars and spotters(noone does squats in my gym) nor changing gym as the closests one besides my current gym is 12.5 miles away.
